The store had the items I was looking for available, and employee #09 on the receipt was such a delight. He was terribly friendly and super helpful. He was genuinely kind and made my husband and I happy to spend our hard earned money. Got the right parts . Everything was good.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE WORST PART IS HOW THEY MADE ME FEEL FOR ASKING FOR HELP. I made a review about a month ago on how terrible their service is at this specific AUTOZONE. They didn’t bother nor cared what my issues was EVEN THOUGH I LIVE IN LAKE REDDING APARTMENTS (321 lake Blvd) I was shocked how LAZY the bald heavy set man was. He didn’t care nor listened to my problem. I went to O’rileys and they helped me immediately!! They came to my car and figured everything out! Payed over 200 dollars for a car jumper/air compressor. Now I have to live with the EYESORE OF THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. They didn’t apologize, the owner called my phone thinking I’m ok talking to someone after what had happened. I have over 140+ reviews across the country and I never thought I would see racism from a place. There is nothing that autozone can do to correct the issue. Avoid this place at all cost. Needed to investigate an engine light. Borrowed a scanner and they printed out the results.
Once solution is found, I will go back for parts.

I was looking for a battery for my son's car. It's a Honda fit we went to a couple other places and it was more expensive. My husband was checked around so AutoZone was the least expensive. We walked in there and Michael was at the counter and he said hello ill help you here . he was very friendly knowledgeable and professional and he even made me laugh. He made the process really easy to get the battery. My husband put it on and we are ready to go so I just want to give props to Michael great job I will be coming back if I need anything else for my vehicles.

I'd have to say this is the best Autozone in Shasta County. Usually always have exactly what I need at a good price. Michael Clements also makes the environment very welcoming and his vast knowledge on parts makes each trip less daunting. All the employees have great customer service, thank you all!
