They diagnosed my issue with my battery, reassured me that I didn’t have a problem with my alternator, and called a local mechanic to make sure I could head over there and get a new battery installed. Didn’t buy anything from them but they were really helpful!

Dakota was amazing!!! My car stopped working late at night and I had to work early the next morning. He came out and helped me change my spark plugs. I’m so so very thankful for his kindness and going above and beyond!!

I am one of the physicians that works in the area and my car would not start when I needed to go to work. I went to Auto Zone and Chris and Andrew were the two gentlemen that helped me. They were excellent and exceptional. They had a great knowledge base, excellent customer service, were patient beyond belief, and exemplified what it means to be an outstanding employee. Not only did they help me figure out that I had a battery issue, but they also told me what tools I would need and the size to change the battery (if I wanted to by myself), as well as helped me save money with the best deal for a battery. If I owned or opened and Auto Zone these two men are the type and caliber that I would hire. I hope that Auto Zone recognizes these men because I will be shopping at this store from now on.

I visited here in early June (2023) on an exceptionally hot day (was in the 100s and full sunny). I stopped into a few places in order to make sure my car's ac is good (or not), because I have small pets I need to take very good care of (or they could die). When I went in here the guys were awesome, I chatted with both of them, one of the guys stopped what he was doing and walked out to the car with me, we opened the hood, then he put his hands in front of the cabin vents, and assured me my car was fine. He explained the difference between older cars and newer cars, all about modern efficiency, "eco green" and that stuff. Not only was he helpful but I went away worry free knowing I'm all good. How cool is that? Like "old school" America when people are actually helpful. To the guy (wearing glasses, maybe early 40s), big thanks!
