“The guy in charge here is a true problem solver. I had a complicated issue where my 1978 vin was incorrectly registered to an enhanced smog area, but he got on the phone with the state and cleared it up, saving me a trip to the DMV, and more importantly correcting an issue that nobody else in Redding I spoke with was able to understand. Was finally able to get my smog completed.
It means a lot to me when a business goes the extra mile to help its customers. I'll be returning here in the future when I need another smog or any other work for that matter.”
