Just got my new appliances. Everything was delivered in good shape. Customer service was wonderful. They went out of their way to help me select the right appliance for my new home. Prices were great. So much better then going to a big box store.

We bought our first complete kitchen appliances and dryer from Appliances Direct four years ago and we were so PLEASED with ALL of them and with their customer service. We recently purchased a home and needed to replace all the kitchen appliances. We knew exactly where we would be buying them: Appliances Direct! They went above and beyond to find the perfect fit for us. Local shopping with caring help and excellent customer service!

Only place I will shop for my appliances. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that makes you fill like family/friends and not just a number. Delivery was efficient.

Very unhappy with lack of customer service and professionalism; left to deal with GE on my own after dishwasher died 2 years from date of purchase. Paid for new user interface and that one died 1 month later. Went in store to reasonably discuss my unhappiness, yesterday. Staff person’s attitude was cold and uncaring. His response was, “They don’t make them like they used to” with an inference that I should adjust my expectation accordingly. I expect a user interface installed by their technician (that I also paid additional for) to last more than one month. But when it didn’t, I expected them to care. I will not recommend this business to anyone ever.

Buyer beware if you decide to purchase with this business. They supposedly provided me a new "upgraded" GE dishwasher during covid when the one I purchased was delayed over four months. That was two years ago and the user interface went out and the replacement went out a month later. Things happen -but I expected them to at least care when I stopped by to express my concern (thought they might offer to give GE feedback, do SOMETHING to demonstrate pride in their business and consumer). I was instead told, "They don't make them like they used to" so clearly not looking for loyalty, just a quick sale. I will never recommend this business to friends or family. Sadly, businesses like this don't care if consumers do or not.

Delivery was a problem... They didn't call to deliver till 20 minutes before coming and said they'd be at my place in 13 minutes...this was 20 minutes before their deadline at 5:00. They needed to take my door off because it is so small being an over 100 yr old home and move an old stove out also. I have a $200 "Ring" system at my door that videos anyone coming to my home and no one was on the video.The guy claimed he knocked, he obviously wasnt at rhe correct address, and I told them initially when scheduling I was down the driveway towards the back of the front house. Instead of calling when they got here to tell me they were here. They went to the "wrong address," (no one was home there) and told their manager I wasn't home. He said I was mistaken....Unfortunately for me I had to reschedule then the next day and they couldn't get it my stove to me till Monday afternoon the 23rd ! It was scheduled to be her Wednesday the 18th....now I don't get my stove till Tuesday the 24th because I have an appointment in Red Bluff on Monday the 23rd. They need more Delivery people. By the way, I'm an elderly disabled person that isn't too happy with them currently.

I was out of town for surgery and a friend let me know that my refrigerator had died. I was able to call and select a replacement on the phone. They were helpful and understanding of my circumstances. The icing on the cake was when they came to deliver. The gentlemen, Josh and Dontay, who came were met with stairs and a sliding door that was not in great working order and had to be removed. They were quick to help get the door rolling better than ever once it was put back after the old fridge was removed. They made sure everything was up and running and were polite and kind to the cat! Definitely the best service and pricing around.

The only place I will buy my appliances from. Their customer service after our warranty expired was beyond anything Carmona's or corporate stores would ever do. A true hidden gem of a store.

An excellent alternative to the other locally owned appliance stores. Exceptional customer service and fair prices. Good vibes all the way around. I should have been shopping here for appliances from the beginning. I could have saved myself a great amount of frustration and confusion. Their honesty and their direct no- nonsense approach was appreciated. I Left happy... with a new appliance. Check them out.

It's the only place we shop for appliances. They are friendly, they're efficient and they always have what you want in stock. It's a rarity that they have to order it for you. Customer service is awesome. Recommend this for anybody looking for some awesome appliances and if they're going to even remodel their home

We worked with Dylan and could not have asked for a better experience. Our fridge suddenly stopped working so we needed a new one immediately. We stopped by Appliances Direct to compare prices to other stores around town. Dylan was very helpful and not pushy at all - in fact he encouraged us look at other places for fridges to make sure we found one we liked. We ended up coming back to Appliances Direct and ordered a fridge a little bit after 3:00 in the afternoon. It was delivered just after 5:00 on the same day. No other stores could offer that! Lowest price, soonest delivery, best service. Would definitely recommend!

I don't have enough nice words to say about Appliances Direct. Bob was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Not pushy at all, just giving enough information for us to make an informed decision.I worked with Tom when I purchased a previous appliance. Again, very helpful ? ?. We were very pleased. Highly recommend.
