Such amazing service, I have autoimmune issues, and it’s so hard for me to eat out at restaurants. It’s so hard to trust and feel safe, that they’re not going to make a mistake with your order by accident (which can result in a lot of pain). My waitress’s name was Ashley, she was so personable and kind towards my situation, and completely accommodating as well. I will definitely be coming back again! It’s nice to feel safe eating out somewhere!!! I would definitely recommend anyone come here with severe dietary issues, they will hook you up! So happy with my experience. Thank you Ashley! ??Dietary restrictions: I basically only eat meat with some steamed veggies. I have to avoid most foods and seed/soy/veggie oils cus they cause inflammation for me.

Jonathan D what an excellent server, very attentive, made great suggestions, checked back to make sure we were enjoying everything and refilling drinks. One of the best food servers I've had in years. My dad was wanting to go back the next day just because of it. Thank you, Jonathan for making my dad's day spectacular!

Always a great time when we go here and our waiter remembered us !!!! We may only go every 3 months or so, but worth it. The food has never let us down.

loud noise, horrible wait and there were several empty tables, the poor guy dressed as the apple seating people and busting tables was the hardest worker in the restaurant...

Applebee's has passable food nothing great, most people go there for happy hour or in a pinch. One thing to watch out for is they now charge a 2% of what ever your total is to use a card debit or credit. This is posted on a small sign behind the door when you walk in not easily seen. So basically the more you spend the more you pay this is crazy. They don't even tell you when you hand them a card unacceptable to me. So if you like to be charge for being a paying customer go here. I was also informed by an employee that the owner owns multiple restaurants in Redding and is now doing this at all locations. Things are expensive enough and this person wants us to pay more. I will not be going back here or to any of the locations this person owns.

Our waitress Paige was amazing but The food was average. Still one of the best places for wings. If you have time to check it out, definitely recommend the wings and try to get paige as your waitress. She's on top of it.

Great service with friendly staff. We had the two entrees with salad for thirty five dollars. Great deal. The Bourbon steak and mashed potatoes was really good.

Waited over an hours for food, watched everyone that came in after us get there food eat, pay for it and go. Finally hour later when food came out it was horriblely burnt . No silverware was given, had to ask twice for someone to come give us a refill on our drinks. Never again wasted over 1.5 hours just for apps.

Your normal Applebees food wise. But one of our waiters, Dylan, went above and beyond with service! In general the service was something that would make me come back to this location.

Got asked to leave because I said the f-word while sitting at the bar. I did not shout it, I was talking about a game on TV to another patron and the manager told me I was being disruptive and asked me to leave. That is beyond pathetic. If I still lived in Redding, I would seriously drive all the way to Chico to go to Applebee's before I walked across the street to go back to this one. At least I did not have to pay my tab.

Floors were filthy, our waiter took our drink orders one at a time and waited until it was made to take the next. Absolutely bizarre.

Didn't actually get to eat here. Sat down to order and noticed the lighting was very very dim lit so much that I couldn't easily read the menu. While adjusting my menu to try to see i noticed the menu was sticky. I just let that go and went on reading. Then coffee came with teaspoons. When I picked up the spoon It was obviously wet and felt sticky to the touch. When I opened my napkin so I could wipe the spoon off. A black piece of old food fell out. I just let that go. And went about drying the spoon and it still was sticky like soap or sanitizer left on. I decided not to use the spoon and just use my fork... well the fork had a chunk of the black stuff that fell out stuck between its forks. At the point we all checked out silverware and another fork was the same and the other coffee teaspoon. At that point we got up and informed the staff we were leaving and they need to attend to their dish washer. I get why the restaurant was so dim lit... I only gave 3 stars for food and service because the waitress was nice while we were there and I didnt actually eat or drink anything while there. Go to the Post Office bar grill.
