This place doesn't bother to run off the homeless anymore and I now believe it's where everyone with tattoos all over their face gather in the evenings.

They put a sign on the door saying closed until 4am for cleaning and then the guy just walks around the store until like 5am. Very inconvenient if you want to grab something on the way to work
