I was referred by my mechanic to come here and even though I have an odd van, they where able to help with 4 tires quickly and replaced windshield wipers too. Good customer service by both counter person and technician. Highly recommend.

We had took the time to buy tires and then come a long distance to get them rotated every time and each time having an appointment to be kept waiting 45 min to hour or more before someone even bothers to come and get our vehicle or we have to say something.

I Stopped by for a complimentary tire rotation and balance for my Jeep. I also got new wipers for my and they installed it for free.

I have to compliment Kaden at Americas Tire in Redding. I always use them because of how easy they are to work with and their great prices and quality tires. However, this last visit was exceptional. I previously purchased a set of Michelin CrossClimates for my Tesla Model 3, which lasted at least 2-3 times as long as they should have, and I was considering replacing them with Michelin Pilot Sport All Seasons. When I came in for my appointment, Kaden shared some research about Michelin Primacy Touring tires that could result in better range for my EV and a more comfortable ride, and they cost less! I went with the Primacys and he was right - the ride is smoother and range is better. Thank you Kaden for your advice, and doing the right thing for the customer! I appreciate it and will keep coming back to Americas Tire!

I'm a senior on a very small income and I had a bald tire. I have to drive 8 hours tomorrow to get my sister to a cancer center. I went to American tire like I have done for almost 20 years and asked to have bald tire put on back. I don't have money for even a used tire. They can't rotate if your tire is bald. But the young man named Morgan at the Redding location bought me a brand new tire and won't let me pay him back! There's a special place in heaven for people like that. I have been extremely happy with this company already but I'm definitely a life long customer now for sure!!!

Always fast and helpful, no matter how busy or what temp/amount of rain these guys are there to get you taken care of! (I think that's their slogan, sheesh, been a long long day already, 112° is a bit excessive in my opinion, but so is 121°) Great prices and smooth follow ups, best shop in town, and most other towns too.

I Called early in the morning to schedule an appointment to have a tire leak repair and tire rotation. And was Scheduled a time for 4:30 pm and they confirmed it would take an hour at most, more than likely less time. I explicitly explained I had another appointment at 6pm for a prior engagement (important exam) and expressed that if they didn't think the job could be completed within a reasonable time I was more then happy to reschedule. Upon arriving and waiting, I reminded them at 5pm that I needed to leave by 530pm. They didn't get my vehicle in until 5:30pm and ended up running late. They returned my car at 5:55 pm. And only were about to do the flat repair. I am extremely Disappointed with this service. It Almost feels pointless to have scheduled an appointment. I've waited similar times on a Walk-in, but this was an appointment! I would have appreciated them communicating they weren't going to be able to do it in a timely manner and I would've have been okay with that. This has not been my experience at another location.
