Couldn’t install a washer and dryer correctly, don’t check their machines we bought used and they didn’t even bother cleaning the lint trap out, the washer doesn’t spin our clothes, they didn’t hook up the water hose nor the dryer vent. Doesn’t call us back and have been waiting for days for them to come out and fix issues they caused. Horrible customer service and very rude.

We bought a washing machine and when it was delivered, the technician was worried about our lines and didn’t want to install it but said that if we installed it, he would come and cart the old one away. That’s been DAYS and 5 calls to them later and still we have a washing machine by our garage go pick up. Service???NOT GOOD.And by the way, my husband came home and easily installed it. It made me think that the technician was not in the mood to make it happen. I have a 2, because we like the new machine.

We like the washing machine we purchased BUT the guy that delivered it was hesitant to install it because of an irregular hookup. He said that after we installed it he would come and cart the old one away. And now, DAYS after my husband easily installed the washer, and 5 calls later, no one has come take the old washer as promised! So, I'd say the service is poor. If you do buy any appliance from them, make sure the installment is successful before you OK any transaction with them.

Three weeks ago I purchased a dryer for a little better than four hundred dollars.It came with a 30 day parts and labor warranty.It was delivered in the pouring rain uncovered.The gentleman brought it in my house and said that it got pretty wet from the rain and then was covered in snow by the time he arrived here and that I should wait couple days until it dries before use!To make a long story short, I had to hook it up ,the leg was broken from delivery I guess along with the lint catcher's wasn't like that when I paid for it!"It took several weeks and multiple phone call to the owner to come and fix it,which was never done correctly. He Jimmy riged a leg ,but I eventually got a lint catcher.I made him put the vent hose back on ,but when I looked at the dryer when he left the last time the whole dryer wobbled from side to side.The Owner is dishonest and the gentleman who delivers is extremely incapable of doing anything correctly.!!!

My cousin Kathy bought a refrigerator from these crooks. It had 30 day warranty and it quit working on day 37. She paid $1800 and they came out and illegally put Freon in it as a bandaid which helped for 2 weeks. Carmonas came out and said the refrigerator was unrepairable for less than $2100. The owner refuses to do anything and she will need to take him to small claims court. In addition her floor was damaged and $600 of food wasted. You decide if you want to waste your money with these people that sell appliances with 40 day life spans. I noticed a lot of old reviews making me wonder if this company pays YELP so recent reviews are hidden?

We recently purchased a washer and dryer from American Appliance. They delivered our machines right on time and when we had an issue with the washer set up they came out the same day and made the necessary adjustments to get us up and running. They even came back a second time to connect a splitter to our fill line from the house. Over and above! They did a wonderful job! Thank you American Appliance!

!*Buyer Beware*!THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!We purchased a washer and dryer on April 15th. Our landlord had already checked out the voltage in the wash room and everything was set. We paid 536.25 for a used washer and dryer on Saturday they delivered them on Monday. The dryer immediately needed a cord replacement. We had to pick up the cord at the shop and we're told we had to make the switch ourselves due to them not wanting to be 'liable'. We had to purchase tools to switch out the cord because the screws were too tight. We replaced the cord and the dryer wouldn't work. My partner called the store to seek advice since the dryer was dead. As he tried to explain what happened after we switched out the cord, the man on the phone talked over him and acted as though he was lying. He wouldn't let my partner explain that the dryer was not working. I called to try to get through to someone and was given the same treatment. The man threw every excuse at me from no one wanting to work because of covid to personal deaths to it worked when we dropped it off, arguing and talking over me to the point where I said, 'we don't want to do business with you, please come and pick up your appliances.' The man called back yelling, "THAT ISNT HOW YOUR WARRANTY WORKS! IM COMING OUT THERE TO HAVE A LOOK!" I didn't want to do business with this shop after this exchange but my partner wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The man came over and spoke with my partner. Took the dryer back to the shop and brought it back after another following weekend. I came home that Monday from work and tried the appliances again, the dryer was now spinning but with no heat. Again, I call and tell them it is still not working. The man yells at me, IT WORKED WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF!!' and that it must be the electric at the house. I told him I was done working with them because of him being so rude and belligerent.He yelled that he was sending someone with a different dryer. I stated again that I didn't want their appliances and to come get them. At this point I called my credit card company to dispute payment. The other man showed up with a different dryer. I stated to him that I did not want to do business with them after being treated so rudely by them and asked again for them to take their appliances. He slams the dryer he brought back into his truck and talks into his phone stating 'customer refuses replacement dryer' and drives off. Mind you, we have been at this over 2 weeks now and have yet to wash and dry a load of laundry. Eventually, our landlord came over to check things out and fixed the dryer for us.At that point I called the credit card company and released the payment, just wanting to be done with this awful situation. The credit card company stated all the shop owner had to do was to contact them. My partner emailed the shop with the information from our credit card company and their instructions (because calling them felt like subjecting ourselves to their abuse; we refused to get back on the phone with the angry men at this shop.) A couple days later, I got a call from my credit card company saying that they had a 'Lonnie' from the shop on the phone with them asking me to confirm that I would allow the charge. I confirmed. The end...?? Nope!!Yesterday, both my partner and myself received angry voice-mails from the angry men at this awful shop stating they are "going to sue us for nonpayment!'My partner just went down there to confront them in person. Also, the washer doesn't spin the water out except for on one setting.These men are horrible at customer services. I am beyond upset with our decision to make a purchase with this shop. No wonder one of them had a stroke and was complaining about it. When I went to pick up the cord originally, he was in the shop dropping F*@k bombs in front of me just because he didn't understand what the young man who was helping me was doing. It was the start of all this going south. Wish
