Took weed eater in for service they replaced the hood but left it in filthy condition. I have purchased all my stihl equipment and all servicing but never had it returned like this. Makes me wonder if they even serviced. Counter guy could not tell me what they did or if there was a problem. Very didappointed

My company purchase some equipment that was a little faulty instead of actually caring about the issue I got laughed at. Very unprofessional, I've contacted all contractors I know to let them know how bad Al's saw shop is . Bad service, overpriced and unprofessional. My opinion is find a better place to buy tools or get anything repaired . All I know for sure is the amount of money they will be losing by acting the way they did . Plenty of good companies out there .As far as whoever is responding, you lost a huge contract we will not be using your company anymore . We went there because we thought your company was different.

I've been to Al's a few times over the years, mostly for maintenance and repair of my Stihl tools. Each time it's been a pleasant experience. Friendly personal service, though explanations of what to expect, and reasonable cost.

Brought in my lawn mower that wouldn’t start. They told me they were 3 weeks out and they were. Nice to receive a text telling me it was ready and the cost for repair. Also, purchased a chain saw from them. Very reliable business, honest and fair priced. Will definitely continue using them!
