Wait weeks for an appointment, but call ahead to say I'm about 15 to 20 late. Rather than working with me, rescheduled for 11 days from my appointment.How do you find a replacement patient to get there in under 10 minutes?Why do some have to show patience and understanding while others don't?I need surgery bad, can't continue my manually demanding job without it, but can't have an appointment or operation until I get xrayed and MRI.....About amounts of waiting at the end of this for pics alone....

There wasnt a long wait time and the people who helped me were very kind. I would reccomend these guys to everyone. I also needed records about 6 months after and they were quick and simple. Thanks guys!

THEY ARE NO LONGER OPEN FOR BUSINESS!! They say they’ll get copies of your images to you on their message recording but I’ve never received anything and it’s been since Nov 10th. They’ve never been professional hence why they’re no longer in business.

Hope my MRI goes better than trying to book the appointment. Very unhelpful staff member. They’ve forgotten they are there for the patient not the other way around. I didn’t mean to inconvenience them by using their services.

Had an MRI 3 weeks ago and the Dr still has not read it or forwarded it to my Dr. I have called them 3 times asking about when my MRI would be read & sent to my Dr......they are unable to answer. They have no idea what they are doing. Simply a terrible experience I would recomend that one & all avoid this less that professional business. Terrible customer service & unprofessional. A follow up: yesterday I called them to ask why my MRI had not been read or sent to my Dr. I was told that it was read and sent to my Dr....today I go to my Dr and he had not received the report. Advance Imaging is honestly a horrible outfit with incompetent people running it. Simply a terrible experience!!!

It has been three weeks (I had the STAT exam done on 7/13/2020) and Dr Hecht still hasn't read it. I am taking him to the medical board for malpractice and patient abandonment. Stay away from this place if you are in pain....they will delay your treatment but happily take your money and your insurance payments.

I told they verify Drivers license but they could not copy it. They became very very rude. I asked if they would like me to them the section. They ignored me waving their hands and refused to have a conversation. Later I could hear the lady late 40’s Black curly hair glasses say, “that’s ok we will make him last” to the lady with a service dog.

Great staff, very friendly and kind, went out of their way to help. Had appointments in a timely manner. Our Dr prefers Advanced.

The staff service is great! The only problem is they play Pop music in the waiting room. I love Pop music, but it is far from relaxing when you’re having to have medical imaging for a medical issue. They need soothing, relaxing music if anything.

I will only go to Advanced Imaging for any needed imaging studies.The front office staff are always polite and efficient. My wait time has always been short, and I am back getting my study within 20 minutes, at the longest. The technicians are very nice and accommodating. I do not know the name of the man that is the tech that I usually get, but he is so kind, and compassionate. That's extremely important when someone is in pain, or has fears. The reports that come from advanced imaging are very detailed, very specific and as a nurse for over 20 years, I really appreciate that and I know that the surgeons and doctors who depend on these readings also appreciate the comprehensive reports. I highly recommend Advanced Imaging.

I had an amazing experience with Advanced Imaging from the first call to the actual appointment. I am very happy with my experience here! Everyone was very friendly and professional! I was very comfortable in the MRI machine! I was able to listen to music which was not provided at another clinic I went to. After my MRI I waited in the lobby for a disc to be burned for me to take to my Dr. Appointment. I highly recommend coming here for the services they provide

I'm a bit disappointed. It took them 2 whole weeks to dictate an ultrasound report. Should have gone to MDI. Live and learn.
