sorry no stars here. no communication. there is a call center but not the hours they advertise. in other words you can call and sometimes get a real person, sometimes you get an answering machine . save the headache and go up the north a little bit to All Prefered self storage and talk to a real person

Easy 24 hour kiosk. Unit I needed was available. Clean when I opened the door. They provide you with a lock for the door. Very secure. Haven't had the pleasure to talk to anyone, but heard the owners are very friendly. Easy access in an out of storage and are open to a late enough hour that if you need to do something last second you can get in. May not have my stuff in there long, but whenever I need storage in the future I will come here first. The 5x10 unit is a great price at $84 a month. The total cost for opening the storage was way below other storage places.

This is the worst storage facility I have ever dealt with. Virtually impossible to rent the unit -had to wait for the guy to get in office to get their lock for the unit. Never received the contract by email or mail. Had it set up on auto pay for an estate I was handling. and that was not working -- Was late paying the unit, having covid for the month, and they had it going to auction. I called emailed and tried to pay it online and nothing worked. I finally got a return call two days before and he took the info over the phone. He did erase the lock cut and admin fees which should have not been on there to begin with. I emptied the unit had to wait three weeks to get the 25.00 lock refund. This was the smallest unit they offer. I would not recommend this facility for storage at all. No human in office there ever and the signs all state someone is in office during business hours. Very poor management.

I’m currently filing a claim against Ace Storage in Redding They stole my belongings after telling me to make a 3 hour drive to pay my late fees. They called me and apologized that my belongings were gone . She then called me back in an hour said she was able to collect some of my things . I’m livid . They had no right to take my things . They are now telling me to come pick up the stuff asap before her boss sees it . DONT RENT A STORAGE HERE THEY ARE THEIVES

Not a good place to rent from. They have a serious rodent and insect problem. I have caught homeless people sneaking out of the gate when I would leave so clearly the security gate isn't very secure, and the worst part is, security will come and harass the tenants telling them to hurry up and leave yet the homeless are able to stay for free and for as long as they want. Hmm.....?

I love how easy it was to rent one . I had to do it late at night on the kiosk and it worked just like it said . Only one flaw, I wish they stayed open later than 9 . Not that big of deal for most people . Just us late night people . They supply lock and have reasonable prices

They lost my reservation and then didn't have the size storage I needed that night so I was stuck with a Uhaul full of stuff until the next day when I found another storage. I had to play for an extra day with Uhaul.
