Very rude employee. We were in the store getting plumbing supplies. I asked if they had a public restroom. The employees responses was "No, I can get you a bucket, we are not a restaurant." He could have just said no, but the response was rude and uncalled for. I wish I would have gotten his name, but I was so shocked at his response. He was an older man.

My two year old son and I went to check out the plants in the nursery and to check out patio chairs. When we went back into the store, my son saw the little toy stuffed birds that tweet and was so excited and wanted to hear them all. One of the workers, an old man, stepped in front of my two year old and stared him down as if he were going to steal them. I smiled and said hello and told my son to say hello, which he did, and the old man didn’t smile or say anything back. He just stared at as with his arms crossed blocking our path. It was very odd. I guess he wanted to make me and my two year old feel like criminals. I’m glad my two year is innocent and had no idea that was his intention. I did not want to give my money to the establishment, so we went to Home Depot and bought plants there instead.

This Hardware store has almost everything you would need, and a lot more. I came and got a bow saw, under 20$.

Dropped a weed wacker off to have it fixed note (under warranty) horrible service they were like fight over who had to help me from the start for them to charge me an inspection fee and do nothing and basically told me to run it till it blows up wouldn’t buy any power tools from this store the owners son was rude and shouldn’t be a supervisor of anything place is a joke

Used the online option and submitted a curbside pickup order from this location. I went out of my way downtown to get a specific brand of root beer that ace carries. When arriving, I provided the associate with my confirmation number. She stated the number did not match and it was a bit of an ordeal. I had to physically hand her my phone for confirmation that I had ordered and even then the numbers did not match. After receiving my order I took a look at what was given to me and it was a completely different brand then the one I had ordered. I ended up just going inside to see if there was some sort of mistake and was told " oh we are out of that so we gave you this instead". They could have at least attempted to let me know this before hand. It may sound ridiculous to some because I mean root beer is root beer, but I made a special trip to downtown Redding to get this and I could have literally got what they where trying to give me anywhere else in town. I ended up getting a refund and left. Was a complete waste of time. Their online ordering needs some serious work.
