They are very friendly and helpful . They also noticed our storage didn't have a lock on it yet ,so they put one of there's on it till we got one . That was very kind of them . Thank you

i have a storage unit here and it got broken into and they wouldn't even look at what little cameras they do have for me. They are very reluctant to help me try a see a possible suspect. they have a lot of storage units and make enough money to put a good camera system in but don't. they resist so much that for all I know it was an employee and thats why they don't want to look. Their units are run down and with a dreamer you could be in any one of those units. I'm moving and wouldn't recommend them to even an enemy. they are not for the customers at all and one of the employee might have been the owner was extremely rude to me and I was just robbed at their facility. they are cheap for a reason and need to at least get with the times a storage facility that doesn't have cameras? well they have them protecting their stuff so it obvious who their worried about and its not the people that pay them for a service they don't care anything about. I've had my Storage here for over a year andTo be honest I have two storages here. I have a business and all my work supplies were stored in here. When I told the lady who worked here, she pretty much told me I was s#!€ out of luck. I'm not the only one that has had this happen to them. Do I just get to lose my stuff? And nobodies responsible to compensate me?

no one answers the phone when you try to get in to pay your bill I have been here about 6 different times all before closing to try to get a bill taken care of since they suspend your code . they should know I always pay and when I do I pay 6 months in advance . have been a customer here for 4 years (my girlfriend has) and everytime I face this problem I work until 5 pm so I cant be here any earlier . so frustrating

New customerThe lady in the office amanda i believe was very helpful and knowledgable and very sexy i must add. She was saying she just took it over and is changing it and that u can see all ready she is doing a great job

Pretty run down but very helpful and worker lives on property. That is a little extra security. I wouldnt leave anything of major value there but for the price(which was cheapest around) storing extra stuff like crafts or christmas decorations etc. it is just fine.
