Rebecca at AI's in Redding was all I needed to choose AJ's. Other facilities were less expensive but because of Rebcca's kindness and confidence in AJ's. her self-efficacy I chose AJ's as the best storage facility. Kudos to Rebecca, AJ's, you have a premier ambassador to influence and attract customers due to her professionalism and commitment.

I've had a storage unit at AJ's Mini Storage on Twin View in Redding since 2014. I've used the Unit for my business and personal needs. Conveniently located in North Redding, I've always found this facility to be safe, secure and well maintained with access 7am to 7pm, seven days a week except on holidays. Rebecca, Site Manager is always available during business hours in person in an Office near the entrance and also always answers when I've called the Site directly by phone. Its most reassuring to have a reliable, professional and sincerely caring Site Manager available when needed for billing questions or if maintenance assistance is needed with Units. I feel it has been important to have a competent and caring Site Manager available during business hours with a direct phone line, rather than just access to a storage facility with a key code but not knowing if anyone will be present or if calls are routed out of area! Rates have only been raised one time over the years, which is deeply appreciated. I highly recommend AJ's Minit Storage on Twin View in Redding. Carole B., a happy customer!
