Carla the graveyard shift employee is a very cruel and miserable individual. She is always very rude and says mean things about her customers including calling them fat, stupid, and lazy. She called my partner, a door dasher, stupid because SHE handed HIM the wrong order. I saw that she has been reviewed like this for 5 years now and I don't know how she still has a job. I will not be taking my business to any 7/11, ever again, as long as she is employed with them.

The night woman Carla has the worst customer service skills let alone any social skills. She yelled at my girlfriend for coming into the store not knowing that she (Carla/employee was taking a bathroom break). I went to speak with her about the way she treated my girlfriend and then she yelled at me, and pushed the doors on me. I didn’t raise my voice or curse, but she went off. Based upon the reviews left on google about Carla specifically, it amazes me she had a job there only because she’s the only one willing to work graveyard.

The old lady that works at night time is extremely unpleasant. She is RACIST person and she always shuts the lights off at store when store should be open all night . She cursed me and told me really nasty things. Not only to me but to other customers as well . Management should check cameras !!! Bad service from her . Old lady that works at night .

Lady who works there is a tweak and discriminates against anyone who looks young whether ID is present. Her name is Carla i believe she doesn’t care for the service of her customers or if they continue to shop there or not. regardless of “rules and regulations”, no one should leave a place of business feeling displeased and disrespected for only trying to make a fully legal purchase.

We called one day after accidentally ordering original sodas on Big Gulp instead of Diet.However, we're not totally sure that the guy who picked up actually spoke English. In explaining the simple request to have the sodas changed to diet, he informed us he couldn't follow us and didn't understand what the word 'substitute' even meant...Having a store to go, especially after 9 in a small town, is a helpful thing... which for this store is one we don't recommend in the slightest

I don't usually do this kind of thing but this older ladies was rude to my mom and I got no apparent reason. We went in just to grab a late night snack and some pizza and the first comment was derogatory and she labeled us as "tweakers" and said "they just got their check". Which was out of context and completely unnecessary. Secondly, when we were paying at the register I noticed she rang one of the items three times and I tried to correct her and she snapped back at me so I obliged and said mam, I'm sorry your busy right now but you do not have to be mean to me and she literally yells and says F***! Mylanta! Give me a f****ing break! As I did say no, grow up. As we left the establishment. I come to this store all the time as I do live close by. I don't appreciate her being rude and judgemental for no reason and having extremely bad customer service.

I really like the place. But, there is a very disrespectful old lady who works there and would not let my friend and I purchase stuff. It was around 11 PM but we weren't even allowed to go in. A couple weeks later, we went back and she said "I'm going to call the police on you for a welfare check!" She continued yelling after we walked away as well. Both of them were late at night but we weren't being creepy or weird.

For the simple fact that people have to be little a person because they are working alone graveyard shift should feel ashamed she is a wonderful person and Carla shows up to work in sure half the people who wrote this couldn't say the same about them selves how shameful to make fun of somebody when it's supposed to be about the store and let me guess every single one of you still come back don't you

Night lady came out screaming at us for just sitting at a Hotspot for doordash, threatening to call the cops, took my license plate and just all around nasty person.I didn't engage with her do to the yelling and screaming from her, but with definitely be filing a formal complaint and be back to speak with someone else.

Some old lady with 2 teeth in her mouth works graveyard and is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I think she might have dementia, kept yelling at me and my gf for moving something out of place. We filled drinks and went straight to check out. While trying to pay she kept being extremely disrespectful, so we left our stuff on the counter and walked out. Very unexpected and annoying to say the least.
