The night shift employee clearly does drugs and she has had several complaints to the other daytime employees by several people. There is a Facebook group chat that is literally dedicated to this woman. That’s how bad it is she chooses who she wants to sell to whether you’re buying a hotdog or a iPhone charger, if you don’t look the appearance to her or if she thinks you’re going to ““ rob her, or. Intimidate her she will not sell to you literally in the group chat three kids on their bicycle said they went in there as they are only 1516 years old at 10 o’clock at night to buy some sodas and she Denied service because she said that they looked suspicious and we’re going to rob her as well as someone else. I just got off a long day of work and she said no for no reason there is several complaints and it seems like no one wants to do nothing about this woman.

I frequently go to the 7/11 at 1860 Eureka Way Redding CA to deposit cash into my CashApp account, and today a 7/11 employee attempted to scam me for $5.99. For almost 6 months the fee has been $1 but today when I asked to deposit $31 they cashier told me there was a $5.99 fee to deposit the money and that i would receive a little less than $25. I was confused so I asked why the fee has changed, he nervously told me that they do not have control over the fees and that they can be anywhere between $0.50-6.00 since I knew this was completely untrue, i continued to ask for clarification. He then showed me a receipt to show “proof” of the fee, and when I read it I realized he had scanned a pack of hubba bubba gum and was trying to charge me the $1 fee for the transaction and $5.99 for a gum I was not even purchasing. When I pointed this out he immediately denied it and took away the receipt tried to act like it was a mistake all along. I am completely shocked at the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism. This location consistently has employs people completely under the influence, and there are always crimes being committed at this location. I would like to see this location cleaned up, and better managed. do better redding

I was very much a frequent customer at 7 11 on eureka way but after tonight I'm going to Valero if this jerk it's fired or doesn't change his attitude. I went in to 7 11 did absolutely NOTHING wrong shopped for my things went up to pay for it went to put my card in I guess I was too slow for him he said "Are you going to put a number in or not" then I used my EBT card he bagged up my stuff in a frustrated way and said "here take it" bad customer service. I don't know his name but he has been working his shift tonight on August 19th 2023 since at least 6 pm around when I was in there and now it is 7:42. Whoever he is he needs talked to or fired terrible to treat paying customers like that.

So I went in to 7-Eleven and I got $600 from the ATM went up to the register to get $400 on my time card the man told me I only gave him 200 I was kind of out of it so I wasn't really thinking that day so I gave him another 100 and she said thinking I only gave him two like you said come to find out she pulled 100 from under the stack. And when I'm giving a list three on my way home I was telling the money I had my hand and realized that I only had $200 which means he had stolen $100 from the stack now the owner would not talk to me nobody would talk to me I called the police they didn't even go down and look at the film. They get away with screwing the homeless because that's who usually goes in there I'll find a way to find out how to get my money back?

Won't allow community flyers in the store window. Hard pass. A business that relies on the communities good will but doesn't support the community is a no go.

Store clean , stocked and had everything 711 services available. Great coffee. Great customer service and Thank you to the late night cashier on Sat. Jun 24. Extremely helpful and helped me get a hold of my family. I arrived via Greyhound. And people in town also very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The store is horrible now that ruby don't work there she the only one who made people come back she always had made it feel safe and was never judgmental # bring ruby back she was the only worker that wasn't strung out on drugs or drunk hope u guys lose your company for the abusive management horrible service without ruby
