I have a disease that requires me to take medication to stay alive. I have gone without my medication for over a week already, called in a week before I was out of medication, still not ready. They keep saying "I am not sure what is going on, it is in stock, I will hand order it". Never comes. Then, after one week of saying that they come up with "it requires preauthorization from your doctor". I called my doctor's office and they faxed the approval. One week later, still nothing. I gave up and placed the order on Express Scripts on Friday, they too said it requires prior authorization. They were able to do it and, on Monday, I received word that my medication is being shipped. Still nothing from Walgreens. These people could care less if you live or die.

Most inefficient place I have been to in a long time!! They advertise vaccines but in order to get them the pharmacist stops all work on prescriptions. I have been here for 1 hr after being told that it would be an hour. I left for an hour and came back. If they are going to do vaccinations they need to staff appropriately!!!

Walgreens, tends to be Walgreens, no matter where you are. So that being said, what makes the experience? The people! She i have to say, this Walgreens has that covered. Friendly, funny, busy! So keep that in mind, but still the Walgreens I wish that all other Walgreens patterned their store after. Customer service is still the most important aspect of any business or company. Well, this one, has it down.

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies I've ever picked up a prescription from. We do a lot of traveling, and I move my prescriptions around to be able to pick them up at different pharmacies and this place is ridiculous. I am now going to move my prescriptions to Rite Aid in Anderson. They need to train their pharmacy workers on customer service. It's the most dysfunctional an organized pharmacy I've ever, ever had to use.

I would rate them a zero, if that was an option!! The worst pharmacy on planet earth!! Every time I refill my prescriptions, it’s a nightmare! The automated voice tells me my prescriptions will be filled by such and such time, but the pharmacy never has it ready when I arrive.I have had to wait days for Walgreens to refill prescriptions vital to my continued existence. Moreover, the staff are extremely rude! I have contacted Walgreens corporate office multiple times to voice a complaint as I feel Walgreens Pharmacy is placing my health at risk!

Horrible service every time I come here to pick up prescriptions. I call the day before to make sure medication is ready and guess what it’s not ready, I still have wait 45 minutes then when I return I wait another ten minutes cause pharmacist is finally working on it.

I will never go back to that joke of a place again I went there 3 times on different days to get my prescription it still was not filled. finally They had my prescription filled It was $88 thought that was a little bit more than usual So I parked the car and opened up the bag found I had the wrong prescription. went inside told them what happened and handed them back the pills they said they could not take the pills back cause I drove off so I said OK give me my money back I paid for this he said they would not give my money back. It was not my fault that I had the wrong prescription. The young man at the desk told me to take the prescription and he was sorry couldn't give me my money back. can you believe that they were going to send me home with some other prescriptionI i handed the bottle back to the man and told him I just wanted my money backI'm on social security I cannot afford to pay for something that I don't need or want.. This place is the worst pharmacy I've ever Gone too in my 70 years of life. And I give it a 0

I hate leaving reviews but it feels needed. Never go here for meds, especially if you depend on them. They constantly either give you the wrong things, or they never have them ready when you need them the most. Moved back to a pharmacy farther away because they actually know what they're doing.

Their pharmacy is a joke. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING APPTS IF THE WAIT AND PAPERWORK ARE THE SAME!? I get only having so many employees, but the wait is ridiculous. The people working in the pharmacy also seem all over the place and could prolly use an extra hand. I’m also very not impressed that the pharmacist was unavailable for over 20 mins.
