The emergency department faxed over my rx to be filled for antibiotics two days ago.It’s been nearly a full 48hrs now and Walgreens still has not filled the rx.I’ve now missed my second, third and forth dose of it now.In the future I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’d suggest you do the same.Wish I could give zero stars.

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies I've ever picked up a prescription from. We do a lot of traveling, and I move my prescriptions around to be able to pick them up at different pharmacies and this place is ridiculous. I am now going to move my prescriptions to Rite Aid in Anderson. They need to train their pharmacy workers on customer service. It's the most dysfunctional an organized pharmacy I've ever, ever had to use.

The pharmacy staff & pharmacist were both so helpful on a very busy evening!! Thank you for your attention to detail to get me the perfect Over-the-counter medication.. Walgreens was open when I needed them! Lines were long at both the retail & pharmacy locations...clients were commenting on how hard they were working. Staff were cheerful even though they were "running marathons".

Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. Needed a simple RX transfer. Was told it would be an hour. Other Pharmacy never received fax. And we drove 35 miles to pick it up for nothing. Called Walgreens back. Spoke to the rudest employee Jessica., then to her manager who claimed he had never spoken to me. I will never step foot in a Walgreens again. You both should be fired.

Went there twice for my covid shot and they turned me away. They call nonstop to tell me to come get the 2nd shot and so disorganized. They make me come in3-4 times before I get all my meds. He has cost me one of my meds already. I can't afford to keep making trips into town. This is ridiculous. Piecing out peoples medications messes up the body. Not to mention the order of which they need to be taken.

the rx dept is awesome and run by real professionals. thanks. the retail section is not in compliance with ppe orders issued by our governor. this is not optional folks. the cashier was as disrespectful as a wf can be. store mgr a real red neck neanderthal. not a pea's worth of sense. contacted walgreens corp in dearborne, il and gov newsome's office. dont risk your health up front. only use drive thru.

Freaking stupid employees! They don't know how or understand the point to express pickup! For real get with it! Separate your lines or start calling out for express people, the point is for we don't have to stand in a line.

This pharnacy will put your prescription on desk and then make you wait and wait and give all kinds of excuses why they won't fill it. Finally after about 10 says of their b******** we get medicare on line as a three way call, and they said " oh, i was just going to call you." Medicare said they, Walgreen, never asked for their reinbursement for a prescription done several months ago. Dont waste your time and doctors time, find a different pharmacy, you'll be pulling your hair out with frustration.

Pharmacy needs more help. Average waiting time to pick up order is 20 minutes. That's after you call it in and they say it's ready.
