“I will have to say my experience wasn't the best at 1st, it wasn't horrible either it was just a misunderstanding.Since then, I received a call from Zane, the manager of Big O Tires, personally to try and make it right, which I deeply appreciate what he has done for me to make it right. After his concerns, he definitely made it right with me, and I recommend Big O Tires because they really do care to make their customers happy and want our trust. That, to me, means everything.. I am not sorry at all that I chose them to make my car ride perfect. Thank you so much for caring about your customers' concerns and happiness. You made my day, Zane. ?”

“Bought a couple sets of tires here so far, plus a few used. These guys always give a good price, and I appreciate the quote being the "out the door" price! Got right to it, had me in and out fast every time.”

“Picked up a screw in a tire of my brand new travel trailer (less than 1000 miles). Brought the tire to Tehama and informed them I needed a tire plugged, they asked me if I was leaving it and I explained I was traveling (I’m from Ct.) even though they were very busy they took me right away. I was in an out within an hour. Excellent service and friendly staff.”

“Javier was great! He got us in quickly to put new tires on and fix a spare for a different vehicle. Very friendly, works fast, and was way more affordable than the big fancy shop acros town. Highly recommend this place!”

“We had a tire blow out on HW 5 and Bob's Tire Center got us back on the road with a used tire for $50 total (I did not want a single new tire anyways).I also forgot my wallet (after driving on a flat tire to this place from my hotel), and they were understanding and willing to let me come back to pay (though in the end, a picture of my credit card was enough to pay).”

“Heading home to the Bay Area from a road trip to the Pacific Northwest, we hit road debris on I-5 just north of Red Bluff and blew a tire. It was late in the afternoon and the tow truck driver who put on the temporary spare recommended Les Schwab Tire Center in Red Bluff because it was close by and they were open later than other tire stores, 6pm. I called them and they said they would look at our tire right away. We had to stay overnight in Red Bluff so they could get the tires we needed. The next morning they called us as soon as the tires arrived, installed them as soon as we got there, performed a wheel alignment at our request, and we were on our way by 11:30. Our thanks to everyone who helped us.”
