Brought the tire to Tehama and informed them I needed a tire plugged, they asked me if I was leaving it and I explained I was traveling (I’m from Ct.) even though they were very busy they took me right away. “While on a long road trip had a flat tire on the 5 just outside of Red Bluff on a Sunday. Paradise was the only shop that was open. Ali saw me immediately, quickly assessed the issue, and ordered the tires for early Monday morning. On Monday he helped me sort out an issue with a missing lock nut key enabling me to on way as quickly as possibble.”

“Caught a flat running I five south in red Bluff. Stopped at multiple gas stations to get air when I realized I had to get this fixed! I could hear the air coming out very fast. Looked up the nearest tire shop to me and it was big O. In fear of needing a new tire, I went as quickly as I could before I had no air left. These guys found the leak and repaired it for me for free! Even just that $25 means a lot around the holiday season! Thanks, Big O much appreciated.”
