Very organized. It's slow because of the many steps to process the orders before the staffs can performed the order. Procedures, procedures, that's what keep things organized.

Courteous...not all staff is rude..need to have more in-service meetings on how to treat patients..they are scared and sick have some compassion just a smile and reassurance is the best medicine
