All the ladies that work behind the counter are top notch. The staff here at the Red Bluff store can't be beat. They all go out of the way to help with and answer any questions or problems you may have. Theresa, Alyssa and Becca you all have my thanks.

This place has complete ups and downs....some of the girls like Teresa and Rosa are very nice and helpful. But Becca is THE WORST!! Always very condescending. And acts like she is the queen of the pharmacy, and a know it all. Talks very down to customers. Treats everyone with a pain pill prescription like a junkie. She is always on a huge power trip, and has snide remarks! I imagine Becca must get lonely up there on her high horse, judging people, without understanding. Heaven forbid her having to even act like she cares about anyone. For her and her alone, I moved all my prescriptions to CVS.

When I saw the high price on my Rx, I told the technician that I didn't think the price was right because it cost ~ $17 last month. She said it was correct at $47. I was barely able to come up with the extra $$ because I am a senior and on a fixed income. When I went out to my car, I checked Good Rx and it was there for $11. I walked back into the pharmacy to ask them if they could use the Good Rx and they said no. I had to ask them to use it before I paid. I asked about the high price before I paid.... Why didn't she suggest Good Rx or anything at all. She was too busy to bother. Thanks for taking food money out of my mouth.Maybe it was just a bad day

Katie at the pharmacy is awful at her job. She didn’t hear me correctly so instead of asking me to repeat the name she just went with “sorry your prescription is not ready”. I asked why I had received two texts saying the prescription was ready, her response was “I’m working by myself”. I left and called to check and low and behold they were ready Katie is just horrible at her job. Two trips to the store to get the prescription because should couldn’t be bothered to say “sorry I didn’t hear you can you repeat the name”.

Not a big fan; it was my first time here and I was picking up meds that were ordered through the emergency room for my daughter in law. Pain meds for a broken bone to be exact. I opted to wait for the meds and the 5 women behind the counter gossiped and carried on for more than an hour while I sat here, waiting. 2 prescriptions took 1 hour and 45 minutes for 5 people to get processed. It wasn't busy and of the 10 people who came to get meds, 6 of them were turned away because their meds needed to be ordered. Never, ever again.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for about 27 years.. I have always been treated well, ladies on the counter I know them by name and think of them as friends. Always helpful, friendly as are the pharmacy folks behind the counter. I wouldn't think of using another pharmacy!

I've always liked Raleys - it's always been spendy, and I wouldn't do my full grocery shopping there, but I love their produce, and the bakery, and meat departments because all are pretty good quality. But over the years, the high quality doesn't seem as high as it was, and of course they don't have as many customers as they used to (I'm sure because of prices), and it feels kind of rundown in there. The pharmacy is very good! I recently switched to Raley's from Walgreens, and was so pleased with the friendly and efficient staff. The pharmacist came out and talked with me about my prescriptions, and seemed to be happy to speak with me (unlike some pharmacists in some pharmacies who seem bothered and bored). Overall a great experience and I'm glad I switched to Raley's! They even found me a discount on one rx I had to get. I wish Raley's could lower their prices a bit because I prefer to shop there. Their deli always seems to be out of meat though (for ordering a pound to take home, for example).

I give this 1 star because of the rude lady in pharmacy that answered phone. Prescription was 2 days called in. Asked her if it was done. She told me I didn't need it yet, right? Then told me to wait for robo call. End of call. Thank you

Some of my keys fell off my key chain. An employee saw me looking for something so she asked about the keys she just found. I had things that ought to be cool starting to get warm. I wasn’t even looking on the ground. Especially not in the roadway. The keys were my ignition, my house and my mailbox. Honest and helpful is a good combination to have in an employee.

I used the Raleys Pharmacy for a couple years when we relocated back to the area. My insurance then requested that employees use a mail order company. MISTAKE! Have been very happy to have returned to my local Raleys for prescription needs since just around the first of the year. Then Saturday the 8th of May my son and I went inside the store to pick up 2 prescriptions. The woman assisting us was not only terribly unfriendly, but quite rude to boot! Cannot recall her name, but she is a blonde, not very tall, plump gal in maybe her fifties. RUDE, impatient, and very dismissive. Possibly needs to consider an alternate employment where she can isolate herself from the people she is quite obviously not fond of in the least. Here’s hoping upon any future visits to the business I will be fortunate enough to deal with ANY other of the staff members employed at this location!
