Many think of the pharmacy staff as friends and wouldn't consider using another pharmacy. The broader store offers an amazing selection including a pharmacy, bank, deli, bakery, and meat department, which many love. The produce and meat are noted as pretty good quality. However, some feel the service has changed and the store can seem short staffed, leading to waits. Some find it a little frustrating when items are not ready for pickup. While always considered spendy, some customers note they can no longer afford to do their full grocery shopping there, and the high quality doesn't seem as high as it was. The store feels kind of rundown and the deli often seems to be out of items. Despite higher prices, many prefer to shop there and love the convenience.

Service has changed. They seem short staffed. Waiting in line and not ready for pickup at that time It's a little frustrating. Hopefully it's just the new year and not an employee negotiations issue

Love having this amazing store as the place I go to not only for shopping but my pharmacy and bank are there also so perfect and LOVE the deli n all !!
