“I was given several “referrals” from neighbors and others to get propane service. The problem with using propane for a back up generator is that you have to buy your own tank for $1500 or more and then have the propane delivered. A friend of mine used to work for Suburban, so I called. I was very impressed and am able to rent the tank for $140 a year and they will deliver the propane. It’s the same or cheaper than the small companies and they have 24-7 customer service. The small companies can’t do that or are busy with their other customers when you need help I’m happy with Suburban, their customer service, speed in getting me set up and all around”

“At the Red Bluff location? nothing at all. The General Manager is very approachable, friendly, and loves to laugh! I have dealt with them for over three years now. And I can say that there is no other U-Haul store I have utilized like these guys. If I lived out of town, I would come to Red Bluff for my U-Haul needs! That is how much I appreciate these guys!Thank you Rhett! You are ROCKIN that place!Casey Pearce.”

“This is one nice new U-Haul facility! They rent trucks and trailers here as well as help you with stuff like trailer hitching and even propane tank filling. Wow, seem like some people have problems with this self storage place. Me, I had none. I moved to Red Bluff and need to store some stuff I didn't have room for till I had a real place to stay. No, I didn't try to live inside the storage unit, that's just what people do on TV! The whole process was easy and hitch free. Easy rental agreement, you know, like don't store explosives in here and stuff like that. Bring you own big ass lock and your stuff will be safe. Easy access when you need and when you're done, just give notice and clean out the unit and no probs. Yes, the non climate controlled units can get hot in the summers , so note that as to what you store. It get to 110+F here in Red Bluff in the summer. No pics, cause what's to see, it's a storage unit with a roll up door. Lots of sizes available, unless they're all rented, ya better call.”
