Won't go back. Customer service is terrible. If you just need a simple repair maybe .. anything hard they can't do. Frank is rude. Definitely looking for a better place to take our vehicles. $95.00 for a diagnostic only to be told they can't fix it. Last year they told me they could fix it and told me it needed a electrical harness because the truck would need jumped every so often as it wasn't being driven much. Now a year later they don't have a clue. They didn't charge me last year to tell me what it needed I had it in for a smog and oil change. But this time they charged me $95.00 to tell me i need to go to the dealer. Totally bs. Plus I asked them to change my wipers and fix the back wiper fluid hose. Because it was leaking and the wiper was on at one point on the way to drop it off as I was trying to get the washer fluid to stop. Frank tells me now me rear wiper doesn't work and says maybe it's the electrical. No frank your wrong it worked when I brought it to you. Unbelievable and doesn't even fix it.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Best shop I’ve ever been to. Excellent service, excellent work. Stand up guys that give it to you straight. Always do their best to give you back a road ready vehicle, better than when you dropped it off. Very knowledgeable staff, caring, educated, certified employees. Highly recommend. 10/5 stars.

Wow.... very sad to see my favorite shop Kupers automotive repair being misrepresented. The truck mentioned was sold by me and I provided the copy of the work order showing the warranty.

Matt was very helpful, sold me a beautiful STI, car is perfect, had an issue with the stereo but it was resolved before I picked the car up to take home the next day. Made car buying easy.

Great service here! I came in with a flat tire and thought I was gonna be stuck up in Shasta coming back from camping. I just needed a fill up and left with a recommendation to get the tire checked when I get back home. Thank you Rector's! I really appreciate this. I went to 2 places before I saw your sign and I had a feeling you would have the remedy.

I cannot find the words to express how unhappy we are with this dealership.. my young son bought his first vehicle from them..a diesel truck. We had issues with it leaking gas and the oil pressure light going on from the first week we owned it. We took it back to them 4 times couldn’t fix it.. we took it to another diesel shop and paid for a $100 inspection and it revealed two pages of missed inspection issues.. some very serious. We asked the dealership to take this vehicle

I Drove 300 miles after winning a tow truck online and placing a deposit on it. They advertised It running and driving great. I Got there started the truck it has at least two bad injectors and had a lovely engine knock a bicycle tire wrapped around the intake, Cut and hacked wires and of course none of that was Seen in the pictures. The guy inside had no clue about the truck and really didn’t care at all. I walked out warned a guy about to buy a truck from them about what I just went through with them and I hope he walked away also. I have all the pictures and videos. Nightmare dealership. Take my Warning and Walk away before you lose money buying from them.

I will never go here again ! I'm not doubting that the work was not good it may be but I have never been treated so rude!!! He insulted us in several ways on a very personal basis and all we were asking was for him to break down the price for us. I'm not a mechanic I don't know about cars when he extended the time it took on the car and raised the expense by 500 I thought I deserved to know why . I should have listened to the person about who said he would call names because he did !!! I called to try and resolve the issue after and he continues to be rude I wish I would have taken my car elsewhere . Customer service is one of the most important things to me I work in it as well and if you lose your cool to a customer you shouldn't have that job!!!

I am very grateful for the service Mike provided. My car was making a horrible metal noise. I called on Sunday late afternoon and although the shop was closed for the Memorial day weekend, Mike said he would meet me at his shop the next morning. I had explained that we were heading back to Washington on Monday and he came in and put my car on his lift to see what was wrong. We were able to hit the road feeling so much better knowing we would make it home. We highly recommend this shop if you ever need a repair. Thank you Mike.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Platinum Motors--especially Chuck!! I recently bought an F250 from them. Unfortunately, some issues developed shortly after getting my truck home...which was no fault of theirs or mine. They stood behind their product & stayed true to their word & our verbal conversations....continuing to go way above & beyond--despite any cost they incurred to fix the problems. In this day & age, you just can't find a business who truly stands by their word. I appreciate everything they have done for me and will be a customer of theirs for life! I can't recommend them highly enough!! Jeff
