Quality of the hamburger was impressive clean of undesirable tendon. as well as the cuts and packaging. There was a miscommunication how to process the bone marrow. “I got a carnitas burrito. Really, really good. It's hard for me to wrap my brain around a $12 burrito (if not more), but that seems to be what they cost all across Red Bluff, anywhere--and I'm determined to try them all. I'll go back but will ask for less rice, and more **anything** else, including avocado or sour cream, cheese, beans, cilantro. I recommend at least trying this place (also, a great market in its own right--and you can get beer). The women in the food truck were friendly and professional; I think I just need to be more assertive about what I want--less rice.”
