I am a truck driver, over the road. I had not been home for over a year. Patrick understands this and makes appointments for me with little or no notice. He is very nice especially when I have to bring in multiple returns at the same time. Very patient with my lack of knowledge. I love having the reduced stress of knowing that my taxes are done without errors. I just got my refunds for the current year within a week. Next year should be interesting, half work and half retirement but I know he will be as calm, amenable and exacting as always!

It was a great experience and having said that in combination of my taxes, blows my mind! Everything was very thorough and pleasant from appointment-making, some very helpful tax 101, above-and-beyond expertise and service, to the end of my appointment to where finally I was able to get a refund, and not end up feeling dreadful like the last two years! I needed a hero and Pat was mine, he was able to rectify a major blunder with my taxes from last year and I’m so very grateful…can’t wait to be unafraid for next tax season :D!

I have gone to Liberty Tax for years and have had Pat Baird help me each time. He is by far the best tax agent I've ever worked with and appreciate him every year. Really knows what he's doing and provides quality assistance. I'll be filing again next year with Liberty and Pat!

DISCLAIMER - This is not a reflection of their work. Simply the attitude and customer experience of one of the workers.I came to the nearby Starbucks at around 8:30am, and decided to park in the section in front of Liberty Tax. I was checking something on my phone when I suddenly heard/felt a neighboring car's door hit my van. (I parked forwards, the employee's car was parked backwards, hence why his driver door hit my driver side door.)At first, I was still processing what happened, but clearly the driver/employee didn't care that he hit my car. Perhaps he was trying to play it off, assuming no one was in my car. It wasn't until I rolled down my window that he acknowledged what happened. Before I could even say anything, he immediately became defensive and started to shift the blame on me: "Look at how you parked, I don't have a lot of room to come out", "I don't see anything on your car door", "There's nothing I could've done". (Those are paraphrased). (NOTE: I did park hugging the left side of my lines, but I was well inside my parking spot. The entire parking lot was also completely empty and he chose to park right next to me.) At this point, I didn't even have a chance to say anything, nor check the damage. He tried to brush off the incident and went to the store door to unlock for the day.Now I'm not the type to be upset or jump to conclusions. Perhaps he was having a stressful morning and didn't want to deal with a possible insurance claim. 99% of the time, I would be very forgiving in this situation and could completely understand that it was an accident. However, he has zero regard for my feelings, what happened, and even worse, shifted the blame onto me. I realized that he could be having a bad day, but the reality is that it ruined my day as well.From what I could see, there were no visible damages, so I don't plan on taking anything further. He just had an extremely unkind personality and I would never want to conduct any business with a man who has that kind of character.

Terrible customer service from Pat @ Red Bluff location. I simply called about a new tax credit and he said if I wasn’t his client he couldn’t help.?well I won’t be considering them as tax Professionals in the future!
