“we stopped here on a trip down I5. Very convenient location, and there are a variety of restaurants in Red Bluff. The rooms were very clean, nice amenities, comfortable bed, good shower. I had a king suite, which was nice and large. Would stay here again.”

“My family and I stayed here during our cross-country road trip. Rooms are cozy and clean, we had a 2 queen room and it was a little tight but still fine for the 3 of us and our cat. We had a great view of a river from our window.Staff is super friendly and always willing to help when needed! I had to go to the front desk a few times for minor issues but they were always quick to resolve with a smile!Breakfast had a good variety; scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage(links one day, patties the next), waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and different varieties for milk, juice and coffee. I will note that they get the good, sturdy plastic ware and plates, which is a nice touch when some hotels choose to go cheap.The Red Bluff area has a good variety of restaurants, gas stations, a Walmart and a dollar store all within a few miles from the hotel. Very convenient for families who may need to run and get something quick!And nice and unexpected touch was the Koi Pond and Aviary! Us animal lovers and our 6 month old really enjoyed that!Thank you for the great stay! If we ever need to stop and stay a night in this area again we will definitely choose this Best Western!”

“The building has had a lot of modern updates which is really nice. Glad they accept pets. The mini fridge in our room had a freezer!!! There were plenty of places around the building to let doggies out.”

“My first time checking into this hotel to stay the night. The only issue I had was the neighboring room next to me was talking so loud from 12am-2am in the morning. I give the Management guy at the front desk credit for coming up to warn the ppl in the room. The first time the guests basically disregarded his warning and treated him as if they were entitled to the room. The second time, another room complained, the guests told the manager that they are not expected to go to sleep at 2am and they could be as loud as they want since they’ve paid. They even projected their voices to say whoever is complaining to stop complaining and go elsewhere. The manager did a good job de-escalating the situation by explaining the noise ordinance policy, the hotel policy, to respect the other guests, and that there will be no third warning. He firmly told the guests that they will be ask to leave if they continue to be loud. Besides that incident, the hotel staff were very kind and polite. The breakfast was very good. Can’t beat free coffee, bacon ?, eggs ?, and muffins.”
