He worked at the register and then went out to load the hay into my truck. Finally this store has hay for sale! We will be in this store again.”

“I'd been contemplating purchasing a shed and decided to drive down to Cottonwood Sheds from Redding and I was so impressed when I met Joy, with her professionalism her knowledge and her willingness to meet the specific needs that I had. After thoroughly explaining the styles, designs and the pros and cons of each, we narrowed it down to a specific size and style that I really liked but unfortunately she did not have it on her lot. Almost immediately she thought of calling her husband Mike at the Red Bluff Shed Store and he was equally as accommodating and willing to search the lot to see if he had the style and size of shed that I needed for my business. He found it and sent pictures right away. Then again, after thoroughly explaining the financing options, the application and the delivery process, I am a proud owner of a Cottonwood Shed. A shout out also to Brian the delivery guy who called me almost immediately and set up the delivery day and time which was 2 days and 4 days respectively, making the entire process from start to finish a great experience for a significant purchase. I have owned businesses and served on business boards throughout my career and customer service has always been of utmost importance to me when I decide to make a purchase however small or big. And I have to say Joy at Cottonwood Sheds and Mike at Red Bluff Shed Store are definitely a 20 out of 10...oh and Brian as well!”

“Here's my sisters post on Home Depot! I didn't think they were going to show up with my fridge after 2 weeks of waiting. When they showed up they had to do some work to get it in the house so I was really happy until I tried to put one of the shelves in & couldn't get it in & I asked the guy if he could help me & he tried to put it in & I noticed it was upside down & said something to the guy & he said well you can deal with it & then they left!”
