I felt very comfortable at my appointment with Cindy. The service is personal and professional. Everything was clearly explained and there were questions about possible deductions I hadn't thought of.In summary: A professional tax service that I will not hesitate to return to.

I’ve literally lost count how many years I’ve been getting my taxes done here! So much so that my mom & I are on hugging terms with Cristeena!!? She’s so thorough and detail oriented, which is so reassuring at such a stressful time of year. It also helps that at the end of the appointment she somehow always surprises me with way more than I usually anticipate!!! ?

I swear I will never ever go anywhere else to do my taxes! Ive had nothing but good experiences every year at E-Tax! They're friendly, professional, and do eveything possible to get the best outcome for their clients. They make you feel like family!! First of all- I think CrisTeena Martinez @ E-Tax is AMAZING and very professional and always returns my calls! I have been using CrisTeena for the past 10 years and swear I wont use another place for my tax needs! Cindy and CrisTeena @ E-Tax have very flexible hours and make sure I always get the most back on my taxes! Not to mention, they offer bilingual services to our spanish speaking clients which is a PLUS in our community! I will ALWAYS choose E-Tax for all my tax needs! Choose E-Tax and you wont regret it!

CrisTeena at E-Tax has been doing our Taxes since 2010 (back when they were Jackson Hewitt) she and Cindy are both very knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional and definitely stay educated in thier field to give thier customers the best results. It is always a wonderful experience and we always feel secure. We have referred many people to E-Tax and they are never disappointed.

I would give etax zero stars if I could. Christeena is the worst. She will take your money and then never file your taxes. You will try to call her no answer no return call. So I decided to turn them in to the bbb. We'll see how she handles them.
