Where to begin... never mind, no one wants to read a novel. There are so many issues with filling prescriptions here - the excuses seem to be on a rotation.I have the most and consistent problems getting my insulin and other diabetic supplies refilled - every-single-month!The "services" they proudly display on their signage - not sure who's getting any of that - no one I have seen. This po dunk town does not offer a better alternative since Owen's closed. My positive note:There is exactly one pharmacy employee back there with intelligence, I very much appreciate him.The gals (younger) front of store - have always been helpful and kind.

Pharmacy. Regardless of the situation you are representing the company. I was confused of the price. The pharmacist got frustrated, lifted one hand and did a whatever hand signal. ( as in "I'm done" or "Talk to the hand") at least this is what I felt and that's what that means. He walked away and shook his head. Now im a person who is never rude or an ass to people. Not without reason. I had a professional job. Just because you don't know who I am...Doesn't Give you the right to walk away. This bothered me so much I'm posting it.It's the older gry haired man. I'm sure it won't be hard to recognize him.I have a video cam. I will have to research exact date and will post it.

CVS has got to have one of the worst pharmacies around, I mean chain wide, wherever you go it's bad! I can see why at soome locations, they're understaffed and are too cheap to hire more people. You got more cash registers than you to people to attend them! Forget using some of the manufactures coupon discounts, those just confuse the hell outta them, or you use it once, but the next refill it's the same story again. The wait is as long as the lines are and I don't have that much time to waste, so I'll go elsewhere. The phone service is awful as well, just trying to call in and ask a real question, no answer on the phone or on hold! Even Walmart is better then this place. At least parking is not a problem ....

The "Walmart" of all pharmacies. This place sucks! The front end people are all but rude. They do their job but that's all. It took me almost two weeks to get them to transfer my meds to another pharmacy.

I walked in after a long drive. My mom had called and said to drop by and get a syringe because she found an injured hummingbird. I walked to the pharmacy department and told them of my mom's dilemma. She gave me a small syringe. She wished me luck and smiled. I walked through the store. Though a little disorganized and messy, the two people I met I met while there were very friendly. Just give them more hours to and staff to get the store cleaned up, stocked, and priced properly.

My doctor sent my prescription 3 times before they got it. Ok, electronics, problems happen, I understand. I called, they got it said come in two hours we'll have it ready. So I went in and they said order was placed on hold, why? I asked. Response, I don't know, you have to go over to the other window to find out why. 10 minutes later someone finally comes to the window to help me. Insurance won't cover the total cost, I say ok I'll pay cash. They say ok 20 minutes and it'll be ready. Over an hour later it's still not ready. They see me waiting. I have an appointment so I must leave. Now I have to go back again. This will be the last time. New pharmacy search begins tomorrow. I've been overly patient with this pharmacy for too long

Extremely helpful when I called about a package that was delivered to this location; my tracking info was not accurate and the sales associate took the extra time to assist me to figure out where my package was & she was very gracious and professional.

This review is strictly regarding their drive-through which is like a joke! It's like it's a project to test to see how long they can make people wait in their cars till they just lose their s**** I've currently been sitting here 30 minutes past my covid appointment test and I'm ready to just drive away and just assume I have covid and quarantine myself for 2 weeks trade it's asinine!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. People are rude on the phone. I was put on hold for over an hour, then when they picked I was disconnect. Called back spoke with pharmacist, very sarcastic.

CVS Pharmacy- Red Bluff, CA This store has had problems since the first day the doors opened. I don't know what the Pharmacy's problem is.....no staff, no pharmacist, no product. But I haven't ever had a prescription filled without a hitch. Today I spent 30 minutes on hold with their recording waiting for them to answer about a prescription, while calling the main store number and trying to the the manager (Mario) to go tell them to answer the phone! I finally gave up and asked my doctor to call a different pharmacy. I gave it one star because they don't have an option for -0- stars.

There's a couple okay people here but seems like a lot of people have attitudes especially on the phone. I'm sure that job is tough maybe that needs to be worked out. Owen's had issues but they use to at least sync meds and cvs doesnt. Maybe CVS the company needs to resolve some issues.

Why even have an appointment if you have to wait in the drive thru line regardless? Completely disorganized and inefficient. No information posted outside about covid testing like the emails say. They show disregard for the customers time, especially when they have an appointment.

Made an appointment online to be tested for Covid-19. Drove 25 minutes to arrive and sit at the window for 45 minutes only to be told "you should probably go online and reschedule for tomorrow. We can't pull you or the other two people with separate appointments up in our computers." Not going back. Thanks but no thanks. Inefficient at best.

The pharmacist assistant at the counter seemed really nervous when i presented my prescription for Norco (I learned why later). She had the nerve and audacity to ask me, "Where do you normally process your scripts"? I said in response, "Um, i don't "normally" process any scripts. I just had spinal surgery and was give a prescription to fill to help with the pain during my recovery". She said to me, "Oh, ok, well, since you don't normally process your scripts here, you should try another place because we are running low and don't want to run out for our regulars". I should my head in disbelief. I could not fathom how anyone could think that way but then again, i'm not a drug addict so, maybe i'd have to be one to know the struggle that the employee was faced with in her head at the thought of running out of a prescription drug...that i had a prescription for. I'll never shop at this place again. I went down the street to Walgreens. I was greeted professionally and with a smile and had my prescription filled without delay or issue there. Oh, and spent another $100 on snacks that i might need during my recovery.
