I've been having oil changes done on vehicles at Cassidy's for years- the only place I take my car because I trust that I will get the service I need, in a timely manner with courtesy and friendliness. I definitely recommend Cassidy's!!

My mother had her oil change done here, they obviously don't care about tourqe specs.. I had to put a breaker bar on wrench to get oil pan plug loose...and they left the sway bar/crossmember coverd in oil. I understand they want to do as many oil changes as possible in a day, but saving a few min lost them a customer.

Very good service and helpful employees. Got my oil change for a good price. Afterwards, my truck being as old as it is, decided to have some issues with the parking brake not wanting to disengage. These guys took the time to work it out and get me back on the road. Highly recommend this business!

Love this place. Love the fact they don't use Pennzoil! The staff is always very polite and very rarely do I have a long wait time.

Best oil change service in the North State! Always kind and fast! I've gone to the Redding and the Red bluff locations and love all of them! Anthony at the red bluff location is the kindest of all! He is knowledgeable and explains everything if asked.

I love how he takes care of you, you don't need an appointment and he is always quick and safe, he shows you the old filters, ensuring that he actually changes them.

Great place to go! Quick, friendly and experienced service. I got my oil changed and my transmission oil changed on different days and was helped right away- even tho I had no appointment! When all of the other places in town wouldn't be able to schedule me in for at least a few days! Thanks again!

Does a great job of changing your oil and filter, keeping you informed of maintenance that you need and not being pushy on things like replacing your cabin air filter.
