“Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered a replacement keyfob, got charged but no keyfob. Called over thirty times, yes thirty times with no response. Do not go to this dealership. After being released from the hospital and able to contact them they were able to be given the service I had hoped for. The truck is running perfectly electronically and even saved me a trip for a secondary trip. Being disabled they even helped me into my truck. They went above my expectations.”

“Great experience, we came and used one of the coupons they hand out and they made it happen. They performed a free additional visual check and gave us a quote on some things they noticed. I ended up paying 35 out the door and our van seems to be running a lot better. Also our door locks are working again so they must have done something to fix them and they didn't even mention it. Would recommend to anyone.”
“Caught a flat running I five south in red Bluff. Stopped at multiple gas stations to get air when I realized I had to get this fixed! I could hear the air coming out very fast. Looked up the nearest tire shop to me and it was big O. In fear of needing a new tire, I went as quickly as I could before I had no air left. These guys found the leak and repaired it for me for free! Even just that $25 means a lot around the holiday season! Thanks, Big O much appreciated.”

“We just picked up our trailer yesterday and I couldn't wait to write a review about our experience with this wonderful shop.We gouged the side of our brand new 26' trailer on its maiden voyage, carving through the gel coat and leaving an ugly gash along the entire length.Finding someone reputable who repairs gel coating proved to be a challenge but finally, Bob's truck repair came highly recommended.I called and talked to Gary, who was very nice and assured me that it could be fixed.After a couple of weeks it was done, but when we went to get it, it wasn't quite right due to a fluke. So we went home without our trailer, but with the assurance that it would be promptly fixed.Not even a week later, Gary called, saying we could come back and pick it up.They did a spectacular job, it looks perfect, like nothing ever happened to it. In addition, they fixed some other things that we didn't even know needed fixing.Because we went back twice, they bought us a gas card.We couldn't be happier, both with their work and their great customer service.Service: Body & Trim”

“I called Jose told him i needed a coolant hose replaced, between the Egt cooler and the heater core, I sprung a leak. He diagnosed it, ordered the part and had me on my way. Jose and his family and coworkers are awesome. I I lived in Red Bluff I would use this shop for all my auto repairs on my 2015 vw Passat tdi. Jose and his shop, I consider a blessing!”

“I wish I could leave six stars.
My family and I were taking a trip for Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. We drove down from Portland, Oregon. Oil light turned on on our way home and I checked it and it said we had one quart approximately. We were in a panic. Brought it down to Cassidy's. They were open on a Saturday and when we explain the situation the jumped on the task like a NASCAR pit crew. A different guy checking different parts to figure out what happened. Turned out to be an O-ring for the oil filter broke. (We had just had the oil changed the day before we left for our trip). The urgency of their work made us feel more than a number. I wish we lived closer.”

“Picked up a screw in a tire of my brand new travel trailer (less than 1000 miles). Brought the tire to Tehama and informed them I needed a tire plugged, they asked me if I was leaving it and I explained I was traveling (I’m from Ct.) even though they were very busy they took me right away. I was in an out within an hour. Excellent service and friendly staff.”

Instead the staff was friendly and helpful, they explained every step of the process and the costs involved. They had the work done quickly and for the right price. “What a lifesaver! I was headed south from Oregon when my Transmission went BAD. I asked around and was pointed to Bob's Transmissions. He got me a new Transmission and changed mine out. This took some time and energy on his part to get one for a 2005 Dodge Dakota 4WD. He completed the task in a timely manner and my truck runs, shifts, and gets better mileage than it ever has. I got a thorough test run because I live in Central Oregon and drove it home from Red Bluff, CA. It worked perfectly! Love it!”
