“Caught a flat running I five south in red Bluff. Stopped at multiple gas stations to get air when I realized I had to get this fixed! I could hear the air coming out very fast. Looked up the nearest tire shop to me and it was big O. In fear of needing a new tire, I went as quickly as I could before I had no air left. These guys found the leak and repaired it for me for free! Even just that $25 means a lot around the holiday season! Thanks, Big O much appreciated.”

“We just picked up our trailer yesterday and I couldn't wait to write a review about our experience with this wonderful shop.We gouged the side of our brand new 26' trailer on its maiden voyage, carving through the gel coat and leaving an ugly gash along the entire length.Finding someone reputable who repairs gel coating proved to be a challenge but finally, Bob's truck repair came highly recommended.I called and talked to Gary, who was very nice and assured me that it could be fixed.After a couple of weeks it was done, but when we went to get it, it wasn't quite right due to a fluke. So we went home without our trailer, but with the assurance that it would be promptly fixed.Not even a week later, Gary called, saying we could come back and pick it up.They did a spectacular job, it looks perfect, like nothing ever happened to it. In addition, they fixed some other things that we didn't even know needed fixing.Because we went back twice, they bought us a gas card.We couldn't be happier, both with their work and their great customer service.Service: Body & Trim”

The one place next to m&m ranch was going to charge $5000 and it still wouldn't have fixed it. These guys at All Pro Auto took the time and figured it out and fixed with a reasonable price. “Just going to have a little chrome trim work replaced on my car. Not a very large job at all. Customer service seemed nice and was easy to work with them. They have not scheduled me for an appointment yet. Good body shops and paint shops are usually pretty busy. That's a good sign.”
“Tom was great to work with on my car repair. I got a quick appointment (next day), he diagnosed the issue quickly (he knows his stuff), and finished the job faster than promised. I thought his labor rates were very reasonable (even low).

“After being stuck on highway 36 outside of Mad River followed up by a 12-hour towing ordeal, I had the most wonderful repair experience at Imports Auto Repair in Red Bluff. As a family run operation, the owners and repair servicemen where friendly, hospitable, and supportive to an out-of-towner who had just had a nightmarish time with the breakdown and tow service. Their work was excellent, efficient, and most fairly priced. All in all, I give my top recommendation and 5+ stars. If I lived in the area, they would be my regular shop for repairs and maintenance. “Picked up a screw in a tire of my brand new travel trailer (less than 1000 miles). Brought the tire to Tehama and informed them I needed a tire plugged, they asked me if I was leaving it and I explained I was traveling (I’m from Ct.) even though they were very busy they took me right away. I was in an out within an hour. Excellent service and friendly staff.”

“While on a long road trip had a flat tire on the 5 just outside of Red Bluff on a Sunday. Paradise was the only shop that was open. Ali saw me immediately, quickly assessed the issue, and ordered the tires for early Monday morning. On Monday he helped me sort out an issue with a missing lock nut key enabling me to on way as quickly as possibble.”
