I was new to the buying beef straight from the farmer. Dwayne at A & R custom butchering was very helpful and responsive, making the whole process a pleasure. Quality of the hamburger was impressive clean of undesirable tendon. as well as the cuts and packaging. There was a miscommunication how to process the bone marrow. Dwayne took care of me and no additional cost. Highly Recommend A & R custom butchering. Thank you, Dwayne and your staff.

Love there meats. Went around 9:30 and no one ordering yet. I got huge amount of meats and tried to joke or ask questions with the meat man. Not once did he smile or talk other then, what else in your order. He asked me to put in cart and Carry to check out. Heavy for a 70 year old women. Not friendly, felt rushed and confused. I stopped years ago because of there attitude. My family refuse to go for same reason.

French roll was really not good, soggy and tasteless turkey and Swiss meat was OK. Probably an OK place for Red Bluff but would never survive in the Bat Area. Very poor choice of other meats., Safewsy

It was great .samwitch was really good but a tip to the girl making the samwitch if mayo isnt marked on the slip that means NO MAYO! DONT PUT IT ON!!

I LOVE their sandwiches! My fave days are Wed & Fri because you can get your sandwich on grilled garlic bread.They get really busy at times so might be good to call ahead and out your order in. I have waited 45 min before but it was the Friday Tri-tip on garlic bread day.Need grilling supplies? They have it from all kinds of grilling spices for every taste on up to your professional grills.Need meat? They have a wonderful selection in their butcher case.And the staff are all friendly and helpful.

I stopped in one day to ask for directions since I'm new up here and my phone was dead- Thankfully they pointed me the right way. I've come back for sandwiches on my lunch breaks, and my partner and i go back for A&R ribeyes more often than i would like to admit Good people , good meat, and they offer local products like olive oils and sauces, milk, eggs... all goodies. There is window seating which is good for people watching :)
