“I love banking at this CHASE branch! During the whole covid thing, many banks limited hours, reduced services, and shuttered some locations. Even though they closed a closer, more convenient branch on Alicia Parkway, I enjoy the better experience here. I have been a customer with another bank for over 35 years. Over the last few years, they have let me down. During covid, they absolutely made my life miserable, save my favorite teller who was always so sweet and understanding. A check re-order took two weeks, instead of the usual seven business days. Customer service was of little help. Tried to get it fixed in person, oh but not on Saturdays-CLOSED!!! Frustrated, at my wits end, and with no appointment, I appeal for assistance at this branch. Despite his helping numerous customers with safe deposit boxes, and other needs, JAYDEN offers to address my dilemma. Just like that, I have a new checking account, printed checks, transferred balance, all my problems fixed in ten minutes! My other bank is one big disappointment. I was originally dealing with CHASE while handling my father's estate, at the San Juan Capistrano branch. Nice staff there too. My recent experiences at this branch, even during covid, have all been extremely positive. Staffing has increased to meet demand-two to three windows open every visit. I just have to commend a recent addition to the already excellent teller team. If you have the good fortune of being assisted by TORI, you will delight in her sparkling personality, as well as her thorough and efficient handling of any transactions you require. I do not use the drive thru or ATM at any branches, as I rather prefer the in-person experience. Call me old fashioned, but many of the customers here are seniors too, and we like that CHASE understands it is what us customers want. Also, ample parking is always available here. To the Branch Manager; please acknowledge JAYDEN & TORI. As a retired manager in customer service operations for 37 years, they exemplify every trait you want in an associate. The whole team here is stepping up, keep it going!!”

“I have nothing but amazing things to say about this location. They are always so helpful and nice. They always welcome me by my first name as soon as I walk in the door. During the holiday season, I had some issues with another bank who took a double payment of my account and wasn't willing to help me out in returning the extra money they took from me. All the employees at the BOA in Ladera Ranch rallied up to help me and after 1 1/2 hours of hard work, they were able to solve my problem. I was in tears from the stress of the situation and they were so nice and diligent. They didn't stop for a minute until the issue was resolved. Any time I need assistance from them, they are happy to help. They do such an amazing job and I want to thank them all from the bottom of my heart for always being there to help. Especially to Roya Mokri, for putting me at ease and doing the impossible to save my holidays.”

“This location is fine and generally has all items in stock however there is a middle aged Indian woman who is always working the register and she is TERRIBLE at her job. She has a bad attitude, is uneducated on her position, and consistently manages to piss someone off almost every time I'm in here. She never offers a bag, doesn't know the deals on the items and specials in the store so she messes up simple transactions, has a rude attitude, and always has a glare on her face. She either needs more training or needs to be moved to back stock where she isn't in contact with the public; every time I leave and she rings me up I'm in a worse mood then I was when entering. UPDATE: looks like someone took the time to train and help her because I just visited and she was so much nicer and knowledgable so I'm now much keener to visit! She's doing well and this location had what me and my friends were looking for. Very clean inside as well.”

“Great branch with convenient hours and staffs. I always go over after work to pay my mortgage. It's well lit and safe--hello! Inside of a super market. Wendy, the branch manager, gives great financial advice. All the people there are friendly and professional. I saw a customer who was incredibly frustrated and somewhat loosing his cool, but the guy who dealt with him never once was rude or lost his temper. Gosh, I would've just completely lost it. So kudos to them. This is a long overdue review. I've been going there for the last 8.5 years.”
