IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR, I would…The lady who assisted us during my son’s passport photo pictorial and application was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Seems like she didn’t love her job! We were prepared when we went there last Oct.3,2023, 2:15pm to be exact. All forms were filled out, everything was ready for a faster transaction. We greeted her nicely. I don’t see nor think of any reason why she acted that way, my son was only 6 weeks old that time, she asked when is our travel plan and why don’t we wait for our son to be 6 months old before applying a passport, at the back of our mind, “the h*ll you care? Are you the one who gonna pay for it?!”.Aside from that, she told us if we brought a white cloth because she can’t take a photo of my son that way (he can’t stand yet or carry his head), again, at back of my mind, we can hold him right? Like any newborn who’s applying a passport, there’s always a way. So we told her we don’t have a white cloth but we have a white swaddle with a few marks. So we don’t have a choice but to use that.I believe it’s not our job to provide a white cloth for a newborn passport applicant, it should be their responsibility. They should be prepared for that. What if we don’t have a white swaddle in our car? So my son can’t get a passport photo? It’s not even in the instructions on what to bring during the appointment for newborn. She was making us feel that it’s our fault that we applied our 6 weeks old son a passport and we didn’t bring a white cloth for his picture.Also, the most embarrassing part was, she took a photo of my son for just ONCE, my son was crosseyed in the picture, she didn’t even ask us if we’re ok with his photo, so when I noticed my son’s picture, I told her that “I think my son is crosseyed in the photo” ? (hoping if she can take another one), my son is not even cranky during the pictorial, he was relax and behaving so well. You know what she told us? “It’s ok, they can understand that, he is a newborn”. We were like, “WHAT??!? We’re paying for a right price and we’re getting this?!” We were so disappointed!! Even when we ask her a question to clarify things, she responded in a not so nice way. Like she was trying to intimidate you! The reason why we were asking questions for some clarifications to avoid errors on the payment because we can’t understand her instructions and her english is not so good!!! I wish I have the nerve to say that to her! I was just trying to act professionally and controlling my temper! I’m trying not to stoop down on her level.We were just observing her attitude, she was very rude on all the customers that day. She even embarrassed that one old guy for asking a question eventhough there were people waiting outside. So unprofessional! Felt sorry for the guy! Seems like she was scolding a 5 year old kid! She shouldn’t be working on that area where she encounters customers because she’s so unprofessional and doesn’t know how to handle customers! So disappointing. I will not go back to that place for any passport application.

Our children needed passports and was happy RSM had a place to start the process. Making an appointment online was easy and quick. I read reviews before coming so I’d know where to go and any helpful information to make it smooth with two small children. I was horrified by the reviews and arrived expecting the worst! We arrived and a man working was very helpful and directed us to the seating area. A woman came and I was prepared to have a grumpy woman working with us. Instead came a happy, smiling and helpful, Pamela. She was a delight and wonderful to work with. I must of lucked out as the normal lady that works there was not available. Thank you a million, PAMELA! Overall, a beyond wonderful experience and in and out in 20 minutes. Tip: have multiple check readily available, thank goodness I brought our check book with us!

If I could give a 0 star I will do it , I had my appointment for passport at 9:00 no one was around to tell them about the appointment, I was able to go in at 9:10 and this person with very bad attitude name Bobby comes in at 9:25 saying that I was late to my appointment and she took some else in instead of me after me explaining to her that it was not my fault. I just can’t believe why she is an employee if she doesn’t give customer service. I did tell her that I felt discriminated and that’s when she change her attitude. Very rude she deserves a customer service class or a final warning for her ugly behavior.

I was directed to this ups by the passport agency. I made an appointment, came on time, with my paperwork. Just to be turned away, told they were too busy to provide passport services. My questions were dismissed and she made my presence feel disruptive during my own appointment.

Absolutely worse staffing at this location. Went there to pick up mail with my disabled mother. Representative came out saying we heard you ring the doorbell what do you want you don’t need to ring it again after we sat there for 15 minutes. Absolutely the worst and you can’t even call and talk to someone at this location. Customer service no longer exist nowadays. I

The lady who work on the passport she is really rude and have a really customer service. You should have better stuff because we’re paying for that service is not free.

Why does this building look like it’s abandoned from the street? Are there any funds that can be used for landscaping or at least cutting down the weeds on both sides of the building? This location is an eyesore.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The lady who does the passport application is EXTREMELY rude for no reason. This isn't my first time having a bad encounter, the reviews on here are true. She rushed my father (who showed up early to his appointment by the way) through the entire process and kept claiming that she doesn't get paid overtime and that he needs to hurry up even though she was the one who left the room for a long tine without saying anything. Also, she charged my brother and my father $50 per passport photo even though the website clearly says $15. This location needs to reconsider the people they employ because this lady is a nightmare to interact with and makes you feel like you're a burden for simply existing.

This rating is specifically for Passport application.Prior to arriving, I did some research and found that it's recommended to have all your documents copied as well as a passport photo. (NOT NECESSARY)We arrived early and was allowed into the waiting area to start on the application. Pam was super nice and very polite. She said she can take us early if the appointment before us is a NO-SHOW, which they were.We completed the application; she went over everything thoroughly and looked at our passport photos we had taken at the FED-EX in Foothill Ranch, she urged us to take new ones, so we did. She took several headshots to be sure they were perfectly centered. When we compared the FED-EX photos to the ones Pam took. We agreed that the FED-EX ones were very overly exposed. She said that she would hate for our application to be delayed due to the photo quality. She also took copies of everything else as well. Pam was very helpful in her knowledge with the Passport application process. I would highly recommend going here. She made it very easy.If you are looking for a place for Passport application, no need to make photocopies of everything or take headshots prior. They will take care of everything at this facility. Headshots are $15.00. Bring a checkbook, money order or cashier's check. They do not accept cash or credit cards.Also... This is a "by appointment only" facility. It would be very considerate that if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel so other people can get in. There is a long waiting period and she had mentioned that often people do not show up. The prior appointment was for 3 people which was a 45-minute NO-SHOW that could have been offered to someone else. We had booked the only time slot available 3 weeks in advance. Hope this review is helpful.

Unknowingly I had a package that required delivery. I was home but not inside. Mail person wrote a missed delivery note instead of thinking to ask me (the person he rode by right outside the home by the mailbox) if I was the recipient. What a shame to experience this after newly moving here. Gotta wait another 3 days now… East coast USPS stomps on west coast USPS.

Rude staff. I went with my little brother to get his passport renewed my mom doesn’t speak English and my brother doesn’t know how to translate. The lady “helping” them was rude to me and threw the application. She also claimed we were late at our appointment 9:45am we got there at 9:47am (it was raining so we were just 2 mins late) we got there other people were waiting for her as well because she wasn’t there. So when she said we were late she said that because we were late she went to her break? Um we were only 2 mins late ?We spoke to the supervisor and file a complaint against her, other staff seem nice but it was just her, I believe she said her name was “Babby/Bobby”

This is a first! I was chased outside by a postal employee asking me if I needed to pay for the box I just dropped off to be mailed. What? It's my box that I repurposed to mail things to my daughter. Packed at home, label printed at home, I self-scanned the box and put it in your bin. Is there something wrong with that? No, absolutely not I'm told. Then why chased I asked?Post Office manager; you really need to talk to your employees about profiling. They need direction.
