Honestly, what a refreshing UPS experience. All employees were friendly, and Luke was especially patient, polite and helpful. I was in and out quickly even with needing help from Luke. Saw a low rating and was worried, but happy to say my experience was excellent.

Amazing experience & service, and the two employees who were there at the time, I don't know their names unfortunately, were amicable, patient, and kindhearted as one of them helped print crucial documents. I was very fortunate to have been helped by her. The woman was very patient and helpful when attending me and even started a conversation while we both waited for the documents to print, a conversation I wholeheartedly enjoyed. The man also added to the conversation, which helped remove the silence there was and instead create a welcoming atmosphere. The two of them did and went beyond the requirements of their job. Thank you for such a great experience!!!

I showed up at exactly 6:30 and the workers had just locked the door, I asked for a favor to open it and they said the owners wont let them keep the door open past 6:30. I can see if I was there at 6:35 but I was 10 feet away before they locked the door, needless to say, it wasn't the kids fault. the owner should make minor exceptions on customer service issues like this.

This location has a great team of workers that are always ready to help with packing, shipping, notary, etc. They are extremely helpful and efficient!! I do all my shipping from this location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love working with the staff here. They are polite, efficient, friendly while helping me send packages or process returns.I've stopped going to other UPS locations as I find they are rude with long lines. It's worth it to me to drive further and have a pleasant experience.

Opened a po box and they kept loosing my mail and when I told them, they said they never received it so i went to usps and they showed me the slip that the ups store signed saying they received it and when i showed them the slip they said we aren't resposible for lost mail.

This is the best UPS store ever. All staff including Karina are so friendly . They go above and beyond to help customers. They help with packaging, taping and carrying heavy items. Can't recommend this store enough.
