Great job by the post office. It’s not your guys fault people are ignorant. To the couple how did calling the cops work out for you lol… you get filmed everyday all day you want privacy wear what these guys are wearing, they literally wear it so you can have an example on how to cover up lol

Purely managerial neglect within this establishment. Reflects our gov’t pretty well in a bad way. Everything package related is low on stock except the most expensive of packaging solutions.

Tried calling the number provided. Its not a number to the actual location, but to the "customer care center" and you can't get past the automated system. I tried calling to see if I could get the supervisor's number for the RSM branch, but the horrible automated system won't let you speak to any real human. I tried saying "other", "representative", "agent", but nothing works. The automated system just keeps repeating that its a 45 min wait to speak with an agent so that I should use the automated system instead. It's disgusting that you cannot speak to any human when you call the post office. What if I was an elderly person who could not physically get to the post office?! They should be ashamed of how things are being run. Clearly they don't care about the general public.

I run a online sports memorabilia store and we use this post office for shipping and this extremely rude and unprofessional woman named Rosa Linda constantly harasses us about shipping when I have all my labels paid for when sending out items and makes it a hassle to try to ship my item out. She has even gone as far as to damage items I’m trying to ship by bending them with her hands while complaining to me that I can’t ship what I’m shipping I’ve done this for years and never had any issues until now.

The employees at the counter are friendly, however the package handling is sub par. The hampers they provide for packages are always full and overflowing and rarely swapped with empty bins. When I inquired about getting them swapped out they told me to drive to the postal hub on Banderas for mailing packages. ALSO, the EXIT door is broken and has been wrapped in caution tape for at least 6 months. Everyone is forced to enter/exit through one door. How can they not repair a door that’s been broken that long? Branch manager/facilities manager should have had this repaired long ago.

Postal service is all messed up. Workers are great, they just do not allow them to work enough so you have way more customers than workers can handle and long lines.

Normally this is an easy PO to get in and out of, with courteous workers. But the management here definitely hasn't planned for help during the holidays...for the smallest of things, your wait could be an hour. Today they had one person working, with a line of 40 or more people out the door. Other workers walk past or leave for break...which is infuriating. Poor planning, ultimately bad customer service.

People here are very friendly and helpful. We've gone here for several years to send packages overseas to our family.But honestly, it's a gamble.One package I paid a lot for to send to the Netherlands never got offered to the recipient and USPS is unwilling to help in any way. They send me replies such as: "The recipient will have to do the footwork to get it from the Dutch post office", but nobody seems to know which post office, basically flipping me the bird. This is going on for months now and the package is probably on its way back to me.Do not entrust USPS/PostNL with anything that has to actually arrive anywhere, because they don't take any responsibility at all. You might get lucky, or not.

They say things are going to be delivered and they don't...plus these mail carriers are careless an deliver my mail to different addresses....ALL THE TIME!! no..you wont be getting a holiday tip!!
