I had the most amazing experience at Santa Margarita Toyota. Wade helped me out and listened to exactly what I wanted with budget as well as my pros and cons in a car. We looked at 3 options and settled on the Corolla Cross which transparently I didn't think I'd be able to get. But with the help of the salesmen I was able to lease it and also receive an amazing deal.Thank you Santa Margarita Toyota and Wade Dungan for all the help. I am immensely grateful.

I always service my car here since moving from LA to RSM. I've never been disappointed with the level of care and professionalism. They make every effort to accommodate my schedule and they're detailed and honest with their recommendations. Just today I called on a whim to see if they could replace a head lamp. I called just before 4:00 and they invited me in. I spoke with Yvonne who was their scheduler and she made it happen. I was met immediately and they jumped right in. My master service consultant was Alan Modessa and he was fantastic. He had me in and out in minutes and my experience as always was first rate. Thank you Yvonne, Alan and Team Santa Margarita Toyota for always being there.

After waiting on a list for a RAV4 Prime Premium for 1 1/2 years ( a Longo time), my husband decided to look around at other dealers. He emailed RSM Toyota because they had some coming in, when the car that we wanted was expected to come in, we were given a price. The car came in, they called us, we went down there, they honored the price and it was quick in and out. Thank you to Alex, Osana and Otto, who made this a very pleasant experience, no pressure, honest and respectful of our time. Would definitely call them again when we buy a new car.

Toyota RSM rectified the issued we had experienced after initially receiving my car back. The entire team, from service technicians to management, everyone who helped us the following day went above and beyond to fix the sound and more! A prime example of what customer service should be. We understand that things happen and everyone makes mistakes but the way they handled the situation really shows that Toyota RSM really does care about their customers. They have my business for years to come.

Shoutout to QUAID and everyone whom we've had the pleasure of working with (Aaron, John, Daniel, Richard) this past weekend! Their service was top notch and was fair in their prices. We bought a 4Runner and traded-in our GX460. Quaid might be the hardest working sales professional. We appreciate you!

Not impressed. This dealer recently completed a beautiful build out of their facility, but failed to update/train their staff. Such a bummer. They called me to schedule my first service. I showed up 10 min early for my appointment. I was the only person/car in the service drive. I was told by a porter to hang tight as a service writer will be out soon. I sat on the bench in the shade right next to my car that was in the service drive and watched 4 other cars eventually pull in behind me. Then each one of those cars was written up before me. I asked if I needed to sign anything and was told "empty cars get skipped". So I "skipped" out and took my vehicle to a dealership that understands the importance of a proper write up procedure. Such a bummer considering this is my local dealer and I own 5 Toyotas. Oh well, some dealers just don't care about their service operations.

Best customer service ever! We bought all three of our Toyotas over the past two years from Mahan at RSM Toyota. We started coming here for maintenance for our older 2012 Prius and loved the service, so when it was time to consider buying new vehicles, we talked to Mahan, who made it a pressure free, fun experience and we kept coming back here to buy our 2020 C-HR in 2021, then 2022 Tacoma and finally the 2023 Venza. We got the cars we wanted even when the inventory was low. RSM Toyota team made it happen for us with excellent customer service. The financing was easy too, as they work with many financial institutions, one of them was our credit union, so it was a simple one stop shop. Thank you, RSM Toyota Team, especially Mahan, and also Karen and Otto, we greatly appreciate your help!!! Forever GratefulMaggie & Carlos

Thank goodness we decided to go here for our car's needs after a bad experience at a different Toyota dealership. My husband made a weekday morning appointment for the 10,000 mile service (included with the purchase of the car). I was thinking it would pretty much be an inspection and oil change that would probably take a long time. I have had the experience of dealerships taking a while to complete work (both Nissan and Toyota) and I was expecting this to go along the same lines. Actually, they were faster than the other dealerships I've been to, and included a car wash along with the oil and filter change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation. There was also no push to buy any products or services, which I've experienced elsewhere. The employees here are also very nice. I think we found the right place to go.

After going through every dealership near me and running into the constant issue of $10K+ markups (looking at you Toyota Buena Park, Norwalk, and Claremont) on vehicles and slimy sales people, I noticed someone referred to this dealership as their saving grace.Saving Grace it was indeed!! I had been looking for a 2023 Toyota Prius XLE for the past month and had no luck due to inventory issues and outrageous markups. I was just about ready to just settle for the next vehicle I found sacrificing everything I wanted surrounding model, color etc. but decided to give Santa Margarita Toyota a call as a last ditch effort. Not only did they have one available incoming at the time in my exact model and color preference but the markup was the lowest I had been able to find in all of the Los Angeles County (Longo has MSRP but has 12 month wait list.) From my first call with Osana Rodriguez the process felt like a dream come true. She was truly the best right from the start on speed of getting me details on the vehicle, and getting the ball rolling ASAP to make sure it was mine! Since the vehicle was in transit we were at the mercy of shipment/delivery but she kept me updated almost daily on the ETA along with answering any questions I had. Cant recommend her enough for a great seamless transaction!! Thanks again Osana!!

This is an update to the review I wrote on Jan. 4, 2022 regarding a positive experience speaking with sales rep. Nick, and a Scion I looked at. Since it was Nick's day off, his team mate, Sanders, took care of my purchase the next day. Upon entering the lobby, I recognized John Hadden, who formerly worked at the nearby Ford dealer and sold me my last two cars. He's the only car salesman I ever trusted and now is Sales Manager at Toyota.I became a proud owner of the Camry 5 days ago. My neighbors and friends are in disbelief this car is 7 years old! ? After market challenges: 1) I didn't have my car title upon trade-in and was advised of a $50 DMV fee if I failed to provide. Today I went to pay the fee and learned it was waived as a courtesy. 2) Richard, my finance person offered a 5 year maintenance contract for $2,800 that I declined. My credit union later offered similar contract for $1,700 that I accepted the next day. I wanted answers befor posting a 4 or 5 star review as that's a chunk of change. He stated their contract uses Toyota authorized parts only whereas CU likely approved any affordable part. This made sense as my CU advisor stated to me that I could have maintenance work done "anywhere." In conclusion, my attempt to honor a "verbal handshake" to pay for DMV duplicate title was gifted to me after sale was made was a pleasant surprise. And my request on price differential between dealer and credit union convinced me that one "gets what you pay for." I remain convinced that this Toyota dealer's haggle free policy is legit, love my newish (pre-owned car) and I would go here first the next time I intend to purchase a car.
