Two stars for Jessy who was very pleasant and nice, ZERO stars for Kendra who lacks customer service skills. Not even a "hello" when I walked in and was extremely stand-off ish from the start. Never had an issue returning something here and it was a simple exchange I wanted to make. She argued that the shoes were "dirty" and I had never even taken the other shoe out of the box and was still wrapped. It was not my size and that was the reason for the exchange. I overheard jessy say that exchanging them wasn't a problem because those were the "display shoes" well of course one will be dirty if it was a display. Then don't sell those shoes if that's going to be a problem. She also didn't want to do the return because it had been past the 30 days and told me to come before next time. Well I had explained that I did come before about a month ago, but the power went out and we were told to leave. Just a bad experience today with Kendra and that made my family and I decide we will no longer shop here and take our business somewhere else that wants our business. I mean, they do sell Vans at many other stores anyways. Horrible customer service, so sad when that's your job.

I had a great customer experience at this store with the wonderful Jaden. I came to exchange an item that I purchased online. The color was not accurate to the online description. He was beyond polite and efficient during the exchange process. His excellent customer service prompted me to return to the store two days later for my kids back to school shopping. Everyone at the store was helpful at this second visit too. They really go above and beyond other retail stores I've visted recently. Highly recommend this Tilly's store. Bonus: They had a great sale going at this time. Both kids got some cool clothes.

Worst customer service ever!! Came in to buy some jeans and nobody helped me out! There were 3 girl employees working and none of them even acknowledged me! They weren't even busy to say the least...I had to hunt one of them down and to my understanding she was probably the manager to ask for a fitting room when I asked her she was rude and gave me one! When I came out she was outside and didn't even ask me if the jeans fit me or not! I was nice enough to place the jeans the didn't fit back..I should have not bought anything to be honest! Next time I'll take my business elsewhere and go the Crown valley location. Thanks for nothing

Worst management of all time Interview with them and they say call me so Then when I go to call they said they call me another day this happened about 3 times finally tell me the position is filled wasted my time and day ….garbage management if I were you I wouldn’t go to this location there also they hire people who are point d*** to know what there doing all out terrible management

This by far is the worst Tillys. I went in the store with a original receipt and wanted to return two pairs of jeans. I always have to order online because they never have my sons size he did not like the jeans so I brought them back when returning them the gentleman scanned the receipt and then looked and said I've never seen this before it says it found your receipt but no items can be returned. He called the little girl over he said she was the manager and she said I've never seen this. So I said can you over ride this I don't understand I have the original receipt and I was in the amount of time to return this obviously this is a glitch on your part. The gentleman did nothing to help me pushed the one 800 number on me and told me I had to call it. I left the store the next day I called and the lady that helped me did not understand why they did not override this for me I said I wanted to file a complaint with the District manager she said she would take care of that and I would be emailed by the manager still waiting for that email. So I called the one 800 number again the next day asked what to do he told me they should've overrode that in the store and helped me. I told him I did not want to return these in the mail and have to go through all that trouble when I have a Tillys that's two seconds for me I have an original receipt and I just want to return the two jeans it was such a fiasco when I went back in it took forever The worst customer service I have ever had anywhere and I'm still waiting for that DM to email me. Stay away

Today we went to this Tillys location, and it was kind of a last minute thing. We came in at 6:30 pm, (Store closes at 7 pm on Sundays) thinking our daughter would have enough time to pick a quick outfit for tomorrow... well... I guess we all know how that went. I kept hurrying her up, nicely jajaja... Finally 7:05pm we were at the register paying. The cashier and staff were still very friendly and making lots of conversation with us, us we were paying! I'm sorry we kept you guys a little after closing time! Now I definitely know, Don't take your daughter to get a "quick" outfit 30 minutes before a store closes. Thank you for still be in a good mood and talkative! We have been here before a few times, and so far we really haven't had any bad experiences. They are always helpful.

I rarely shop here for my daughters anymore due to poor customer service but saw a sidewalk sale and thought, maybe I'll check it out & give it another shot only to see 5 people behind the counter and only one person helping customers in line. When asked why the others weren't helping, I was told they were busy with inventory stuff. RealIy? I suppose customer service is no longer important to this company. And they wonder why it's been going down hill over the past few years. Needless to say, it will definitely be my last time stepping foot in one of the stores. #FastFashion

This is my new favorite store! Staff is always so nice and helpful! We also had a great experience with Quinn the manager! He was so nice and friendly! I also love their clothing! I would definitely recommend going here! Their shipping is also super fast!

I am surprised at the low ratings this store is receiving. I shop here quite often and have never had any problems with any of the staff members. The young guys that work here have always greeted me in the store and have helped answer any questions I may have had. I personally feel that I've received better service here than I have had in other Tilly's branches (specifically, recently their Canoga Park branch). I shop here and utilize their online site for extra inventory items, which are not always carried in their store. Especially when they have a big sale or a discount on their shipping from their site. I will be back!

If it was possible to give zero stars I'd do so. The absolute WORST customer service ever. My experience is further proof of why people shop on Amazon. Pathetic.
