I drive 30 minutes from my house to do yoga at this studio. I have taken a handful of hot yoga classes at different studios over the years, and nothing compares to the energy offered at Sweatstar. From the very first class a friend took me to, I felt like family. Robbin is one of the sweetest and caring humans to walk this Earth, she makes sure everyone is taken care of for class. And shout out to my favorite teachers, Kristi and Jennifer. I look forward to my practice every day, if you have a chance to try out this studio, please do.

Sweatstar! I really couldn't think of one bad thing to say about this place. The facility is clean, friendly, spacious but most of all its inviting, you are instantly met with love and kindness upon walking through the doors. Robbin and her team do an excellent job of making you feel absolutely at home whether you've been practicing yoga for years or if it's your first time. The yoga it's self is amazing and guided beautifully, the instructors are knowledgeable and very mindful of their students. I really enjoy coming here, especially when I need a good workout when the gym and grappling aren't cutting it. Thank you sweatstar you've made a yogi out of me!

Great for all skill levels. Great community and teachers. It's hot but you get used to it quickly and eventually come to love the heat. I can't go more than 3 days without going to a class. Used to have some hip issues that are non existent now after doing yoga the last few years. Highly recommend!

The instructors are all amazing and find ways to challenge you without pushing you too far. The sweat is killer and you feel like a million bucks everytime you leave.

Went there for my first time last night and had an instructor named Leyla. I had to leave class 10 minutes early because I felt like I was going to faint. I had tried laying down on my mat for 5 minutes before leaving the room but I still felt dizzy and like I was going to pass out. Leyla proceeded to tell me 5 times to stay and on my mat. My friend brought me my water bottle and when Leyla approached us, my friend said she wanted to make sure I was okay and had some water. Leyla snapped “she’s fine”. Horrible experience and I’m surprised that an instructor wouldn’t understand someone needing to leave the room if the heat is too much. I get that people getting up is disruptive to class but it wasn’t just me feeling too hot and I needed to leave. Horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone to go here.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Everyone makes you feel welcomed and there is no judgment. It is the only place my mind can calm. I'm addicted and can't wait to get over this sickness and get my butt back in!

So far so good. I have never done yoga and my first time here everyone was so welcoming, I didn't feel judged or insecure. It isn't easy but there is some peace in the whole experience, a calmness I have never felt. My mind goes a million a minute and this class was amazing. The teacher's name is Nam Patel. I am going to do my best to keep with it!

If you are looking for hot yoga with a community of like minded members- this is the place. You just have to show up and be yourself. The teachers are passionate and the room is hot enough to make you sweat - even if you never get out of child pose. Don't worry if you aren't flexible- that's why you do yoga. Sign up for a month and go every day. It will change your life and your relationship with your body and your family, co-workers and friends.

I just moved to the area and have been attending Sweatstar classes weekly for 5 weeks. I've had 5 different instructors and all have been very good. Personally, I enjoy the hot hot hot heat. If you don't, this studio will not please you. Ive been to studios that are far on the spiritual-zen end of the spectrum and studios on the mechanical-exercise only end, and this studio falls about in the middle, but probably a shade towards exercise. They do remind people to focus, breathe, but there's not a ton of the hippy spiritual introspection stuff, which I actually like. But that is a very personal preference. The clients and staff are all very friendly and welcoming. It would be equally as pleasing for an advanced yogi as a person who's never seen a yoga mat. I like how they have showers in the restrooms and they stock the showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It's a nice touch. This place will probably be my go-to studio.

I just celebrated my 3 year anniversary as a member. Let me start with I hate hot places, I hate group exercise and I hate exercise and I LOVE every moment I am here. The ability to meditate with movement, to sweat out, to experience the joy of a group moving in unison and to see the daily small improvements in my body is overwhelming. The staff lives the love of Sweatstar and I'm so happy that they are apart of my life
