I was that person who thought I could do my own bookkeeping, until I spoke with Shaina who explained to me before hiring her, all of the ways in which she would help me. Hiring Shaina has been one of the best decisions I've made for my business. If I were to describe her in a few words, I would say: Extremely Knowledgable, Helpful, and Quick to Respond. She's always available to answer my questions (via text, email or a call) and I value that as a business owner. Couldn't wait to post this! Shaina!!! You are absolutely wonderful! This will be the first year ever (and by far) that my 1099s are sent out 1) on time 2) actually days EARLY! So how do I feel and what does this make me look like? A CEO that is handling business, on top of his business and straight confident and proud about my books being in order! Before, I would dread tax time, take forever to finally get things calculated, mailed out and filed (always after the due dates), ugh! Now, I look forward to sharing my numbers and enjoy the fact that I did not have to do anything but answer a few clarifying questions during a conversation that is always pleasantly business because you care and you genuinely want my business to succeed! Best bookkeeping services! I Cannot say enough about Shaina and streamline solutions. I have been a wreck doing my books for my business for years and she cleaned it all up. She is dependable, thorough and professional. Shaina responds quickly to my needs and spends a good amount of time Explaining what I don't understand. As a business owner I couldn't ask for a better company to take care of my books. Streamline solutions is honest it has just done an excellent job. I know next tax year is going to be so easy compared to the other years simply because streamline is handling it all. Shaina sends out monthly statements (P&L's)and speaks to me if she's confused about some thing that I've spent money on or charged to make sure it's in alignment with what I've requested. She also does a one on one meeting bi-yearly, to make sure everything is in alignment. You can't ask for more than that. Streamline is reasonably priced which is a plus . If you're in need of bookkeeping services I highly recommend her and streamline solutions. I wouldn't hesitate I waited way too long and I feel very fortunate that I found her. It's taking so much off my plate and her professionalism is outstanding. Again she'll go above and beyond. Susan Grau
