“I love using Ralph's pickup and delivery services because I hate shopping. For the most part, I tend to use pickup for my groceries due to the 30 minute time window of time vs. delivery via Instacart with a 2 hour time span.

Some Instacart drivers actually shop for your specific items whereas others simply refund items that require them to search a while to find. Driver James is the exception as I've learned he goes the extra mile to find your specific order. In addition to the 30 minute time slots for pickup, one saves the need to pay a 5% tip. Oh, and I once had an Instacart driver also insist she wanted to keep the FREE, cardboard wine carrier and handed me each of the bottles, one by one, in order to do so.

Ralph employees, do a fabulous job of shopping and bringing out orders in a timely manner. I can't say enough words of praise for Alexander and Maria, but every employee has been friendly when I pickup.

I suggest if you want delivery, that you specify nothing should be omitted from order without substitution. That stops the occasional lazy Instacart shopper/driver from simply refunding any item where they have to search for an item more than a minute. Once, I had every item I'd built my order upon as was bringing to a party the next day, deleted from my order, despite my putting a back up item in. That forced me to walk to the store whereby I found every item to be in stock! Say what?

In conclusion, I am highly pleased with Ralph's pickup service! I've several friends who enjoy great service with Target, but I've never found their grocery offerings to have as wide a selection nor are their perishables item of the same quality.”

“Quaint shopping center with a car wash, hair salon, gas station, fast food and sit down dining. Not overly crowded at any time of the day and the property seems to be well maintained. This is the kind of center you can knock out 3-4 of the honey do list as well as feed the kids. If you are local to this center then you know how convenient this location is. If you haven't been here, give it a look.”
