“I stopped wearing Red Wing boots a few years ago because of the poor service I received.
Today I decided to stop by the store in Lake Forest and see if anything has changed. I was pleased to be helped by Hugo Mendoza. He knew what happened with my past experience and went above and beyond helping me out today. He had great customer service and knowledge of what I needed as an industrial/ commercial electrician and assured me that if I had any problems with my boots that they would take great care of me.
This guy deserves a raise. I was absolutely done with Red Wing boots until Hugo helped me out today. I ended up buying a new pair of work boots there and had to tell others it seems like Red Wing is making an effort to be there for their customers.”

“Classic shoes still going strong from the 80’s. They do have some discounts on other items like 5 for $40 or something along those lines and the clothing is good quality. They also have buy one get one 50% off the second deals. Just time it right and it is a great place to buy gifts or treat yourself to some comfy casual clothing.”
“I have purchased a few pair of shoes from here. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Aj was super cool to me when i was in there the last time. The shoes aren’t over priced and are actually at times under priced compared to Stock X goat and stadium goods. Check em out if you’re looking for some great shoes. Went in again today and Tyler was super cool and helpful and fun to take with. Keep this shop going and go buy some shoes from them.”

“Great experience and prices! They're conveniently located in a spacious shopping center with plenty of very close parking right in front. I had a scrub top embroidered for just $12 as they've done my program's logo before. They estimated about 2 weeks and I got a text within a week for pick-up. They do require pre-payment for embroidery. It's also so convenient to find a place that has so many scrubs and dressing rooms, as most scrub companies are e-commerce only leaving you to guess sizing and go through return hassles. They also sell stethoscopes, accessories, badge reels, scrub caps, claw clips, face masks, you name it! A healthcare professional's one-stop-shop!”

“JJill has such a variety of clothes and often has great sales. The JJill return policy is amazing and makes it very easy to order on line and return to the store. Admittedly, returning items I have purchased online frequently leads to purchasing more items when returning items to the store. The JJill store at the Shops at Mission Viejo has a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Kendall and Claudia are so amazing; they are very patient and helpful and definitely demonstrate a desire to create an excellent customer experience. Claudia obviously Is passionate about her work and Kendall obviously knows what excellent customer service is about.”
“My wife loves this place for jewelry. They have the best collection of charms for charm bracelets that she is into. My wife uses the charms to remember special times like grand babies and graduations etc. They also have a great selection of everything from bracelets to bags, a few shoes and scarfs. And they have more fashion accessories. But to us it is the extensive selections of charms to commemorate every occasion and special events in our lives. I believe this is a great idea that everyone could use to remember and enjoy for their special moments.”
“Great Carter's store! The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean and organized. They have a sma drawing station for the older kids right by the registers. They also have a couple of fitting rooms to try on clothes. They have a pretty large baby selection for both boys and girls which is great. They always have some sort of sale going on, and the clearance section is in the back right and left of the store for girls and boys.”

“Good shoes at good prices. The selection of discounted shoes is fantastic. Check out the photos of the huge floor filled with shoes. They have everything from men and women’s shoes down to infant. When I was last there there were a lot of parents buying back to school shoes with their kids. I think that is a sign of what a great value they provide. And there were also a small selection of back packs for the school age kids and adults. Plus they have socks etc. to go with the shoes, some sun glasses and a few pieces of jewelry.
The down side is they do not have every size available. Some sizes they can order for you depending on the shoe. And this is a self help shoe store, thus the great prices.”
“Mario is a superhero, he may not wear a cape but he deserves the title. I have gone through all different types of shoes In my life, even custom inserts. Nothing compares to the comfort these shoes provide your feet. Mario, if I could give you 12 stars I would. You have saved my life from misery and pain. He takes the time out of his day to show you everything he thinks is the best option for your feet, and he nails It completely. I am so relieved. I bought two pairs of shoes today, I can't wait to buy more in the future. I recommend one person and one person only; MARIO!”
“The people working at this location supply the best customer service assistance. I was really impressed by how Karen helped me pick out some shirts today. She was so friendly and helpful. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was looking for a shirt I saw online and Karen located it immediately. They were very kind when I unfolded a couple other shirts to look at but I didn't want them. Karen and another gentleman said, no worries, unfold as many as you like, we are happy to have you take a look. I found several shirts and was asked if I would like to try them on to make sure I liked the fit. The gentleman reserved a dressing room and kindly put the shirts I was carrying around in the room with my name on the door so I could look for additional items. Thank goodness they suggested I try them on as I would have purchased the wrong size. They immediately found a better size for me and I decided to buy 3 instead of 1. I will definitely return to buy more items. I didn't realize Tilly's had such nice adult summer clothes. Thank you for the amazing help today.”

“I have been here a handful of times, but have mostly made our purchases through their online website. My daughter actually wanted to shop on Black Friday, so we hit up Forever 21. They were having a decent sale in person (and online) where everything was 50% off, unlike some of the other stores in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall who had no sales running (or just their usual daily advertisements). She ended up falling in love with a couple of really cute Fall colored jackets, stylish pants and tops. We also picked up a few accessories for ourselves and for Christmas gifts along the way while we waited in their crazy long line (yet manageable with patience) as we made our way up to the registers. We will definitely be back!”
