I used their car wash service and paid 12$ for nothing. It was the worst car wash I had received, there was still bird poop on my hood and my truck was soooo soapy

Do not go here. Last time I used my card here to get gas at the pumps someone stole my debit information and started spending MY money on truck stops, gas stations and food for less in Pomona CA area. L**** behavior right there. Highly advice if you are going to get gas here because you have no other option.. Set up Samsung/apple pay on your phone and pay inside. Some people are so pathetic and will stoop to the lowest of the low, but thankfully karma will bite them you know where.

DON'T USE THE CAR WASH!! The car wash snapped my back windshield wiper off and the gas station took zero responsibility for it. I reported it immediately and they told me to fill out a form. After an "investigation," I was informed that they cannot assume responsibility as they found no problems or issues with the car wash. So the rotating brush has zero chance of getting caught in a windshield wiper and is completely incapable of snapping it off. Sure. Ok. Thanks for the great customer service.

They are presently selling moldy, spoiled food out of their freezers. Avoid at all costs! I called to alert them and they did not care. They will make someone extremely sick.

Bought two frozen food items today at the shell. Both were covered in mold upon arrival home. So just FYI they clearly lost power in their fridges and yet are continuing to sell all the spoiled food to unsuspecting customers. Beware.

Car wash water is not filtered made more watermarks on my car after the wash. Contacted the station manager, he was very rude and refused to even look the issue and just ignored my complaint. Very very rude.

DO NOT come here. Waited OVER 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me for a car wash. When I asked the employee about it on 6/5 at 4 pm, he said that he had to wait to wash his car for 45 minutes and that we all have to wait. Should not take more than 10 minutes per car. I'll be going somewhere else and have learned my lesson.

They have an $85 max on gas purchases! Really??? With gas prices at $5 a gallon, it takes multiple transactions to fill my tank up. I guess the solution... Go to a different gas store...
