I was in dire need of a good foundation to hide the redness on my face. I explained to the young lady that was in there by the name of Marlene my struggles, she was quick to point me in the right direction and suggested I purchase makeup by Mario, she also suggested using a moisturizer, I was truly impressed by her knowledge with the products. I've visited this Sephora before and never get this type of service from other Sephora associates. I usually do not take the time to write reviews but the results I got from her suggestions were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for your help tonight, my pictures looked flawless!

Farah at Sephora was very rude. She gaslight me into thinking I didn't have a Sephora account because she wasn't smart enough to make the distinction between kohls and Sephora rewards. In addition, she was rude when I asked to redeem points for minis inquiring why I don't save for a larger gift. Unbelievable I will not be back as long as she works here.

After a wonderful lunch at Hanna's, my wife and I walked over to Kohl's as she wanted to look for a few pairs of pants, etc. The store was clean and nicely decorated, and all of the employees were pleasant and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The prices are reasonable, and the store racks are so organized, labeled, and neat. My wife found two pairs of pants, and we headed to checkout. I used my Kohl's card, and the wonderful representative, Linda, gave me an additional 30% off and had a wonderful personality, and was so kind. Thank you, Linda. Highly recommended.

WOW WOW WOW!!!Amazing customer service here from James K and Victor V in the Amazon return department. I had A LOT of items to return which took 40 min. I was stressed, embarrassed, they put me at ease with no judgement, calm nature, smiles, and I did not feel rushed at any point of time. I had a sister come with me for support and Victor even grabbed a chair from a department to give to her to sit down since her hips were hurting. I cannot say enough of a THANK YOU from these two. I am on my way for another run of returns and I'm not feeling stressed about it because of my wonderful last experience with these two gentlemen. God bless you two!!!!

Love the ladies who work there they’re so sweet I’ve been there multiple times. Unfortunately the selection of products is very small compared to the Sephora at the spectrum and they are really slow to restock. I still give it five stars though it’s a very small sephora that just feels comfortable if that makes sense. I love it there!

Awful service in the Amazon drop off. Workers in Thai area are a reflection of the store.... Rude and can't be bothered. Run don't walk to another drop off location.

Extremely uncomfortable experience at the Amazon desk in this Kohl's location (03/04/23 at 3:35pm). I had to return my wife's breast pump and the associate made a homophobic remark (mentioning Pete Buttigieg and saying "Only in America"), followed by another joke about women's breasts. Commenting on returns is already unprofessional, but this was highly inappropriate. Additionally, this isn't the first time an associate has made out-of-place remarks about our returns. Consider visiting UPS or an Amazon Hub Locker instead of this location.

Although this Sephora doesn’t have all the same products (or as much) as the stand alone Sephora’s, the customer service here I received today was incredible. Everyone working was so kind and patient with all the questions I had. I will be coming back here often for sure!

This store looks like it is going out of business. It's looks like a mess. Maybe they should think about donating some of their clearance items to charity, it seems to take up a large portion of the store. ThePresentation of this store is awful. Have been to other locations and they look way better than this one in RSM.

Still an excellent location! Love when you can use all the coupons and cashbacks! They have an Amazon return location inside, and you'll receive a 20% off coupon to use at Kohl's. Also, they have a Sephora department inside too, this is fairly new. Our daughter loves it lol (Of course).Staff is always kind and helpful. Parking also offers electric car stations!
