We were stuck between a rock and a hard place and these guys saved us! Thank you SMT!! We were visiting from Utah and our GMC Yukon push start stopped functioning properly. We had gotten stranded several places already and we were scared to drive it home with our young children. We only had a few more days on our trip and exhausted all our options with no solutions. The earliest the GMC dealership could look at it was over a week out. They told me if it was a starter they would have to order it in and it would take several days on top of that as well. My brother in law (an RSM local) told me about SMT. I talked with them at their closing time and I they told me to bring in my car at 7:00 am. A few hours later they had the starter replaced and at a better price installed than the dealer quoted me for the part alone. These guys might as well be wearing capes cause they were our heroes!! Thanks again SMT team!

I'm so glad that I randomly chose RSM Complete Auto Care a couple of years ago. They fixed my car then for a fraction of what the dealer quoted me. And again yesterday Sean got my car back up and running for a very affordable price. Very honest and fairly priced. Thank you!

My car was making terrible noises and the first shop I tried had me wait over an hour to speak to someone. I tried RSM next and had an amazing experience. They got me in as soon as possible and talked me through each step (usually my dad helps me with this stuff but I love far away now). I will use them for as long as I live in RSM because they are reliable, fast, kind, and informative. I also needed new tires which they can get same day delivery on if ordered before 11 AM. They got my car in an out with two new tires within 30 minutes. Great staff and care plus quality service and parts. Sean is the best!

I am blown away at the service I got from these guys! They are strait forward, honest and kind. They went above and beyond to help me with my needs and they did it promptly, happily, and reasonably priced. I had all 4 of my brake rotors and pads replaced and a maintenance oil change and service. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and I now have a place to go back to for all my auto needs.

These guys are my go to for my vehicles. I was recommended to them by my neighbor about a year ago, and my neighbor is very picky when it comes to trusting other people. Bill, the owner, is great and very knowledgeable. He offers a free multi point check which is more in depth than Dealers, and does not try and find something that is not there Sean, the manager, is equally as great. They know what they are doing, and the best part is they are very competitive with pricing. I would not go anywhere else now, and would recommend Bill and Sean to anyone who asks.

I can't say enough great things about RSM Complete Auto Care. I brought my car in with quite a few issues. Sean was so great to work with from beginning to end.
