“I noticed that when it comes to reviews about people, places or things they heavily lean towards being negative and absolutely do not promote 5 star reviews as they do 1 star reviews. This is the sole reason why I am leaving a review today.

In RSM it's hot as heck outside and Walgreens keeps the store inside so cool it's like an oasis in a dry desert. That is the first thing I noticed.

Secondly...the customer service was AMAZING today. A pharmacy technician named Bria immediately recognized me as a customer as soon I approached the pick up line and greeted with a smile and stellar customer service. She was extremely quick and efficient when it came to checking me out and when I raised a question about switching the generic medication I received to another one, she didn't put up a wall or try to block me from having that switch made. She took the initiative to head over to the pharmacist and work on having my request taken care of.

It's the fact that she cared and was willing to help find a solution over coming up with reasons why we can't do that. THAT is what led me to write this.

Between Bria's customer service and the lead Pharmacist going above and beyond for customers around me I felt I had to take a seat in the wait section to place this review.

Thank you Walgreens RSM pharmacy team for being who you are! Walgreens will remain to be my go-to pharmacy for all my medication needs.
