I love that classes are always different. I feel like I'm getting stronger, but my physical health and endurance ia improving too. I like the monitor to track progress and distract me throughout the hour. The trainers are always motivating and the music is great!

I’ve been to multiple Orange Theory studios. The Rancho location is the best. No matter the time of day, you are always greeted with a warm smile. The coaches are phenomenal. Every coach has their own distinct and unique style that gives you motivation to do your best. You can tell the coaches and studio care about your well being.

I really can't say enough about this place. I signed on thinking I'll try it for a month... here I am 5 months later and still seeing great results. The staff is great, the coaches are amazing, and I feel extremely lucky having found this gym.

I have been a member of OTF RSM for almost 2 years now and I cannot say enough about how great they are. Great classes, great coaches and amazing front desk staff. A big shout out to Samantha and Brock for being friendly and helpful all the time. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for good workouts, and good people

Absolutely love the OTF RSM team! Transferred here from the PHX location and they’ve been so welcoming. Coach Devin, Kim, and Chase do a great job of correcting form and pushing members to reach their fullest potential. 200+ classes down!

Orangetheory started me on a fitness journey years ago. I was 340lbs and hadn’t seen a gym since high school. Thanks to OTF, I’ve lost over 100 lbs and picked up a lot of muscle. The community is extremely welcoming and the coaches are motivating, helpful and keep the class well paced. Specific to the RSM location, Dusty, Eugene and Sammy all do an amazing job accommodating members that come in, and keeping the studio clean. The workout is what got me to sign up, but the community is what keeps me signed up year after year.

Orange Theory Fitness RSM is the best workout experience I’ve had. Coming from Equinox and 24Hr Fitness, OTF offers the training, accountability, and community that makes working out a lifestyle and NOT a chore. Sammie at the front desk is a boss, and Coach Russell, Coach Kellee, Coach Kim, Coach Devin, and Coach Chase, are all amazing and make every class fly by!! Just do it!

I’ve been a member here for 1 1/2 and I love it. Even when I’m haven’t worked out for a while they always welcome me with open arms and non judgment haha. The staff are friendly and great. Plus the trainers know what they are doing and take the time to make sure you are doing things correct. The trainers are the perfect combo between calm encouraging plus motivational without being over the top. ??✨

OTF RSM is a wonderful studio! I really love coaches Kim and Chase, and the office staff (especially Devon and Sammie) are extremely helpful and always welcome you with a smile! The studio even coordinated a holiday toy drive to ensure more children will receive a special gift during this holiday season!
