I won't be shopping here anymore. I went to return a present I received and they wouldn't give me a store credit even though I was returning within the allowed timeframe. The item was only $24 and they still refused to give me a store credit. I'll be taking my business to Callie girl!!

Beyond the poor service, nothing above a size small of all the clothes I looked...primary reason I'll never set foot in Olivia's again is the overwhelming stench of scented candles! They instantly trigger a migraine and certainly won't buy clothes or items covered in perfume!

Bummed to say we won't be shopping here anymore. Went to exchange my birthday present from my daughter for a bigger size and they said that they no longer had the item and would not even give me store credit as I was willing to spend even more than the item cost right then and there for different items. Rude manager who said "if you shop here you should know the exchange policy" and rude sales girl who said there is nothing we can do... it would be nice if they greeted or acknowledged you as you walked through the door as well.

Received the cutest top as a gift but was to large came to get a smaller size - exchange - won't do an exchange without a receipt! Ridiculous- not asking for cash back - just trying to exchange Not a fan - nice employee- but ridiculous

I'm bummed to say I won't be shopping here again. I went to buy a gift for a friend and after I was rung up realized I had a coupon that I wanted to use. They were unable to credit the transaction and ring it up again with the discount. I always try to support local businesses but when there is no effort to solve a problem, it is frustrating. I used to shop at the one in RSM as well. Sorry to say that they lost me as a customer.

I saw some cute for my daughter through the window so I walked around the entire store and was not greeted or assisted. They were helping another customer but still greeted another customer who came in while I was looking around - didn't even say anything when I started walking out - I was in ratty jeans , no makeup and a t shirt that cost more than anything in their store- so noted: the criteria to get customer service at Olivia's boutique You must be carrying a Louis Vuitton and be blonde- I guess my wasianess and YSL tote didn't meet their guidelines.

Super cute selection that totally has my style and size. Its so hard to shop at the mall because I get overwhelmed with the choices and crowds. However, this place offers you an exquisite selection and I love the personal service.

We absolutely LOVE this boutique! We've been shopping there since the day they opened, and each experience has been nothing but a pleasure! The staff is very kind and helpful! They go out of their way to make sure everything it wrapped nicely if it is a gift and when it's not, they still package like we are shopping at a high-end retail store! We LOVE Olivia's Closet and will continue to shop there weekly!!!

I have been in this store twice. The first time no one greeted me. It was like I didn't exist. The girl in the front DID see me, so I was so confused. I have never come into a small private business without them being super friendly. They are usually appreciative that people are supporting their small business. But ok, I thought I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Came in again today... same thing... woman literally WALKED RIGHT BY ME while I was looking at things and said not a word. She was helping someone, but could have said "welcome". I mean it's an absolutely bizarre thing to do. It's just a basic standard to welcome people to your store! I have maybe written one other review and it was positive. I never want to hurt small businesses because of one experience. But these people should know that if you don't welcome people to your store it's not good for business. I wanted to buy this cute cookbook, but i walked out simply for principal's sake. Something they should already know; SAY HI! Not hard to open your mouth for a quick "welcome" even if you're with someone else. Won't be back and will tell my friends. There is a little saying "a happy customer will tell one person and an unhappy customer will tell 9." Top it off, it's just a high priced forever 21. Cheap clothes. But they have nice candles and cute little cookbooks and things. Too bad i won't be back. Also, saw others saying them not being helped was a race thing. I'm not sure if that's the reason, they are equal opportunists when it comes to being rude.

I walked in here with my daughter a few weeks ago and I was excited to come to this store since I had seen so many cute items on their Instagram. Unfortunately I also did not get greeted or acknowledged at all, It seems like it might be a race thing because I've read other peoples reviews about not being greeted/helped because of their race and that's basically what happened to me. There was other women in the store and the girls working there were helping them and greeted them; but not me. It made me sad because I was so excited to shop here but will never step in there again.

I went in the boutique a couple hours ago and had the worst sales experience today. They had a rack outside and I started by Checking the rack. The sales woman in the store kept looking at me, a little too much staring, I'm sorry to say but I would not take those items even for free. I then went inside and I felt I was profiled and discriminated against as the sales women kept helping the other two customers but would not give me the time of the day. Needless to say, I did like one blouse but I came out without anything. In a way, I should be thankful that their behavior saved me $65 as I was about to buy a wrong item in desperation as I wanted a tunic for tomorrow's party. I would stick with Macy's as there is so many more choices plus returning is easy. Also, I never feel uncomfortable at Macy's.

Olivia's closet consistently has the cutest clothing selection that you can't find anywhere else!! The staff is super helpful, friendly and attentive. I've never had a bad experience here and would absolutely recommend this store to anyone in the Orange County area.
